The cabin is equipped with the amenities of a modern home and features slow-burning heating, with firewood provided for the entire stay. Each guest must bring their own towels. It is a 10-minute walk from Saval, a 10-minute walk from Uach and 20 minutes from downtown Valdivia. The bus to the coast (Niebla) passes 5 blocks away. Tourist accommodation: it is not rented monthly at any time of the year.
