The coffee bar and patio area are shared spaces. Outside you will enjoy a beautiful fenced in area with comfy patio furniture and big screen TV. There is a grill available as well.

The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. Within 5 minutes, you will be in town where you can find several grocery stores (Fareway, Walmart and Hyvee), a nice indoor mall with a Dutch bakery for a great breakfast, an indoor/outdoor swimming pool ' Siouxnami waterpark', and Dordt University. About 1 hour drive from Sioux Falls Regional Airport and 2 hours from Omaha airport.
