Francis is a wonderful host—responsive and attentive. The accommodation is a good size, best for two adults and a child. The child would sleep on a large sofa. The bedding is comfortable, and it’s a 12-minute drive from Aurillac, where you’ll find all necessary shops. The property is especially enjoyable from spring to early autumn, with a well-maintained garden that gets plenty of sun until early afternoon. I stayed a full month in late Winter. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. While the price felt a bit high given the age of some kitchen furniture and appliances, this wasn’t a dealbreaker. The bedding was perfectly fine. There’s a Carrefour Contact in the village, along with a bakery, pharmacy, and tobacconist. In nearby Naucelles, I recommend a trendy bar/restaurant with a great atmosphere—ideal for breakfast, a meal, or a drink anytime. For outdoor lovers, hiking trails are just a 20–30 minute drive away.

Charming and welcoming house in the middle of nature (the view from the pool and terrace is very beautiful), close to Figeac and all the activities of the Lot Valley. Ideal for a family! A special mention for the housewife who was very considerate!

We enjoyed Ninou's house very much. It has a big garden with even a table-tennis table. The house lies next to a small road where cars pass, but the gates can be closed and blocked for little children and the sounds of passing cars is not often and not so bad. The area is very quiet. The house is nicely decorated and has a lot of caracter. In just a 10 minutes walk you'll find a lovely little lake where you can swim. Next to it is a nice and good restaurant which we enjoyed much. Ninou is a kind host, whom we could reach easily with our questions. Many thanks! We had a great time.

Quiet accommodation with the terrace and small stream at the foot, clean and very well-equipped as in the description. Plus, the jacuzzi to relax after long walks in the area is very nice. The welcome is warm, small fireplace on arrival. Recommended accommodation

We had a pleasant time in Saint-Sozy which is very well located for visiting the surrounding area. The apartment was quiet and so were the neighbors. It's well-appointed and the pool is a real plus. The garden too. Sebastien is available and friendly. We recommend these listings.

Great welcome and availability of the host (complemented by a very cuddly cat) the wooden cottage is independent of the house, tranquility assured. The location is close to many beautiful towns and villages of Aveyron, easy access. Note that the toilet is well separated from the house outside. Don't hesitate if you're passing through!

Ariella and her whole family were so welcoming and extremely helpful. They were warm & made us a healthy lovely dinner & breakfast. Eric is a warm and responsive host. He is very accommodating and flexible. I thank him for his friendly welcome. The accommodation is nestled in a peaceful and quiet hamlet with beautiful views of the valley. The accommodation is well-equipped and practical. The stove makes it possible to make a beautiful fire in the evening and Eric had taken care to leave us everything we needed to light it. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the house is well renovated.
