At first glance, we were worried about the neighborhood. After we got settled in, it was very quiet. No Problems at all. The little duplex is in an excellent location if you want to be close to the beaches without breaking the bank. It's an older home but has been renovated to be nice. It is definitely worth the price. Chayris is very proactive and informative. I would definitely stay there again.

Great house perfect location in-between beaches!

Beautiful stay and perfect for families! Could not recommend enough - close to the beach, groceries, shopping, etc. We liked Indian rocks beach better than clearwater because it was way less crowded and more peaceful. The space included beach accessories, chairs, toys for the kids, umbrellas, towels and the pool /outdoor patio space was great. We would absolutely come back here!

This is our second time staying here and it was just as amazing as the first! It’s the perfect location to many pristine beaches and gives you the opportunity relax when needed. The house was immaculate and the amenities can’t be beat. We hope to stay here again when visiting grandparents!!

Lovely decor, well equipped kitchen, good amenities, comfortable bed and nice space for two people. We had excellent communication with the host and very pleasant to work with. We would stay there again.

This home hit the beach vibes 100%! It’s in a good location where we could visit beaches and downtown Tampa attractions. We had a great stay!

We just spent one night at Ramon’s place. We came out for a weekend for a concert. Wowww what a great find!!! The place was super modern, clean and beautiful. The bed was a Murphy bed, how clever, and very comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful! We used the fridge and the freezer to keep our drinks cool but we didn’t prepare any food. And the bathroom, especially the huge shower, were wonderful. Thank you Ramon for your hospitality. We would definitely be back.

Thank you for letting me stay there with it's peaceful environment. everything was amazing spotless. you have everything you need when you get there and you will want to come because your not gonna wanna leave. for example, if that was an extended stay I'll be the 1st RUNNER UP. We loved it here! The screened in porch was a great way to start our morning, without the giant grasshoppers getting you 😂 The pool was steps away, lots of things to do near by, the place was clean and honestly very comfy beds! We had everything we needed and Maggie was super easy to communicate with! The only thing I’d say (for people that it would be a dealbreaker as I’ve seen a. Few mention) the water gets cold fast. So don’t anticipate all jumping into the shower all together. If you’re light sleeper, go to bed early or sleep in the upstairs neighbors are easily heard. This did not bother me, but just incase for anyone else!

Perfect for couples who don’t need a lot. Price was very reasonable, can’t complain would recommend.

Great location, very homey, super close to the Tampa and Clearwater areas. Comfy bed Great shower My wife and I had an excellent stay and no issues. Tim was very responsive and answered all our questions that we had. Used all the amenities available to us and thought it was very reasonably priced. My only critiques are the parking area. Very close to the street and was hard to pull in and out when other cars were in the other parking spots. Also very tight in the bathroom and around the bed. There were a couple times we would hit our knees or toes on the corner of bed or corner of sink in bathroom when using the toilet. Very tight around the toilet Overall, a wonderful stay for my wife’s and I honeymoon and would definitely book again if in the area. Five stars.

Perfect location, 4 minutes walk to beach. Nice, clean and worn swimming pool. Quiet area. Room was clean and comfortable. All needed for beach life. Fully equipped convenient kitchen.

Beautiful, very clean condo, very clean pool. Great location only a short drive to Clearwater beach. Margaret was very responsive to our questions and was an excellent host. Would highly recommend staying at this location.

The condo was wonderful - spacious, spotless and super quiet which made for a relaxing stay. I liked having a washer and dryer, dishwasher and beach supplies. Marta was a thoughtful and responsive host who checked in on me during my stay, which I appreciated.

Daniel‘s condo was the perfect little stay for us. It is quiet and private. The people at the pool were so friendly. It’s one of the most comfortable beds in the world. We found a very nice authentic restaurant Mexican close by and shopping was within walking distance. The condo was neat and clean and had everything we needed.

I escaped MN to find this hidden gem! It was everything I could have asked for and more! I enjoyed the pool throughout my stay and catched a glimpse of a few dolphins. The bed was extremely comfortable and the unit was quiet. There was SPF and aloe in the bathroom cabinet which was perfect because I needed both! Walmart is a short uber away for all of your grocery needs. Doc’s next door was great to walk to for a quick dinner and drinks. The only hiccup I experienced was that pest control needed to enter the unit to spray and didn’t give Alison much notice so she could ensure I was out of the unit. I can’t wait to come back to this gem next year!

Great location, communication with host was good, pictures look accurate the condo in person, the condo was in a quiet area. The condo was clean and decor was simple.

We had an amazing stay. We loved all the amenities. The condo was gorgeous. A super comfortable bed and pillows. Shower pressure was great and plenty of hot water. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen was well equipped and convenient for breakfast and lunch. We went out to dinner every night because there are so many great restaurants in Clearwater and the surrounding communities. Thank you for allowing us to stay at such an amazing place!
