This tiny guesthouse/room is located in the backyard next to our home. Located in the Gooi, right in the center of the bustling village of Laren. With restaurants, boutiques, shops and the Brink within walking distance (100m) it's the perfect place. The space is 10m2 and there is a doubter (bed) of 140/200cm. Bathroom with a toilet, a washbasin and a rain shower. The room does not offer a fridge and no place to eat. Parking is possible (free of charge) on the driveway next to the residential house. Most suitable for 1 person.

De omgeving is groen en heeft veel wandel en fietsroutes en in het dorp is alles te vinden wat je nodig hebt . Supermarkten, cafés , restaurants en winkels . Ook zijn er veel leuke uitstapjes mogelijk naar Naarden vesting (10 min)of naar Loosdrechtse plassen. Het huis ligt in een rustige buurt.

The guesthouse has a spacious living /dining room downstairs, a kitchen and a study room. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. The guesthouse has a private and beautifully landscaped garden with several seating areas and a barbecue.

The house is within walking distance of the center of Laren and is on the edge of the forest. The house is home to two lovely cats that do not bother you but who like to look up the coziness.
