A great place to escape from the city chaos! The instructions provided by the host made it really simple to find the apartment. When we arrived, the heating was on, making the place warm and cozy. It was really thoughtful and we felt grateful!

The place is perfect for a visit to the area. A clean and comfortable little house, a full and very comfortable kitchen where we could cook. The village of Spedino is very quiet with views of the mountains. Great experience.

Fantastic accommodation in a beautiful old building in a great part of L’Aquila. Clean, safe, relaxing and well supplied with everything one needs for a pleasant stay. Sara is very quick to help and is very friendly. This might be the best place I have stayed during my Italian trip ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very cozy house equipped with everything you need and even more! Reserved parking space in front of the entrance. A nice view from the terraces of the living room and double bedroom. On foot you can reach the main street in two minutes where there is a supermarket, bars, restaurants etc. The historic center is beautiful during the day, charming at night. You can quickly reach the other beautiful neighboring villages (Calscio, Ofena etc.) but also the mountains (Campo Imperatore). We had a great time, the very helpful lady responds to messages immediately

my stay in Castel del Monte went very well. Fabrizio was not present when I arrived but he told me everything perfectly beforehand so that my installation in the accommodation went smoothly. The apartment is very nice and characteristic, clean and comfortable. Convenient location for those who want to ski but also in the summer season.

a beautiful vacation thanks to the hospitality and availability and generosity of Giusy and Valeriano the house is beautiful and in a unique location but what made the difference is having everything you need because Giusy and Valeriano opened their home to us as if we were longtime friends, we found a rich pantry with jams wine beer pasta and a vegetable garden with vegetables and fruit! they couldn't ask for more Thanks again. Very friendly and quiet accommodation. We booked 4 rooms for 10 people. It was very wide and the place was quiet, it felt like everything to us. In fact, we had dinner on the table outside in the cool under the gazebo. Letizia was very helpful and available both for the flexibility of check-in and check-out, and regarding questions and requests from us. Highly recommended.

If you want to experience comfortable and modern accommodations in the heart of a crumbling, centuries-old village in one of the less touristed parts of Italy, then this is a perfect location. The apartment is on the lower level, so there is less natural light, but it is clean and full of modern amenities. It is small but easily accommodated two couples. The apartment is a minute or two walk from the local bar. There are not really any shops or restaurants in the village, but a 15 minute walk to the base of the town, down a street lined with tall cypress trees will bring you to the village bakery which also stocks a few other food items. Ofena was significantly damaged in the 2009 earthquake that devastated the nearby city of L’Aquila, so many of the buildings are damaged and a considerable amount of restoration is underway resulting in some areas being closed off and a fair bit of noisy construction when we were there.
