Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in L'Aquila

Lorenzo's stay was so special! The house is simple but nothing is really missing (from the espresso machine with capsules and sugar to the hair straightener!). The place is quiet and ideal for those looking for rest. Lorenzo is really super available not only in providing directions to shops, clubs, etc ... but also to fulfill requests for the very last minute! We had a really good time!

The house is very nice, characteristic and spacious. The garden with bbq is enjoyable and the house really has EVERYTHING you could need. We were 2 families and we always had at least 1 meal a day at home and we had everything we needed. Washer and dryer present. We went during Easter week, the village was uninhabited, but the house is in the Majella park and many trails start from there. In addition, the location is not bad because it is halfway between the L'Aquila area and that of Pescara. Clearly you have to get around by car, but you can easily reach many wonderful places. The nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes away, the restaurant 10 minutes. It was the vacation we wanted, for us it was beautiful!

Farmhouse nothing short of amazing! Equipped with every comfort, from air conditioning to every possible kitchen utensil, not to mention the extra amenities provided in each bathroom or inside the laundry area. Original, modern, refined and elegant furnishings. Dreamy outdoor space! Breathtaking view, an entire orchard with 100% organic products at our complete disposal. Vincenzo is a discreet and reserved host but always present and available as needed. His tips on activities, restaurants and places to visit in the area are very much appreciated. Upon our arrival he gave us a bottle from a local winery and some excellent Abruzzo oil. Our Golden Retriever loved the outdoor space, super well-kept garden and breathtaking 360º view, spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Perfect solution for those fleeing the chaos of the city and looking for a totally relaxing stay. All that's missing is a nice pool, then it would be the house of dreams! We will definitely be back!

Our stay (with 2 very young children) in this beautiful cottage was a real relief. Located in an idyllic setting, the location exudes tranquility and nature. The house itself was brand clean and taken care of to the last detail. Lamberto's hospitality was top - from the moment of arrival to departure, we felt more than welcome. The house was also equipped with every comfort, even toys for the children were thought of. The village itself is very quiet, almost deserted, but precisely because of that you will experience an unprecedented silence and relaxation here. It is a great base for all kinds of beautiful excursions in the area. Finally, there is a charming, authentic restaurant in the village (Parkkeller). The food is delicious and the atmosphere cozy, perfect for a cozy dinner after a day of adventure.

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. It has helped us realize what we truly love and want. We are sincerely grateful to everyone who contributed their time 🫶

We had a great stay here while we were exploring the Abruzzo region. House was immaculately clean and while traveling with a group of 4 we felt like we had our own separate rentals in one house. Best shower I had while I was in Italy. The host was very communicative and accommodating to us. Wish we would have had time to stay longer to enjoy the house more. There is so much beauty in this part of Italy and this makes a great home base if you are looking for a place in the area

5-star review We spent an unforgettable New Year's Eve night in a house that looked like it came out of a fairy tale, surrounded by snow in the wonderful village of Santo Stefano di Sessanio. A real treat, with attention to the smallest details, welcoming and perfectly inserted in the magical context of the village. The location was perfect for exploring two iconic places: Campo Imperatore and Rocca Calascio, where we did two days of spectacular hiking, surrounded by unspoiled nature and breathtaking views. Special praise goes to the host, very kind, professional and always available, who made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back and recommend this home to anyone who wants to live a unique experience among nature, history and relaxation.

Comfortable accommodation for visiting the center and getting around on foot, equipped with every comfort. Unfortunately, the directions provided by Google Maps are incorrect, but the host has clarified any doubts.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Alessandro went above and beyond with thoughtful suggestions for local excursions. He helped us discover some hidden gems we never would have found on our own. The property itself was quaint, cozy, and comfortable, everything we hoped for and more. We truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. If we’re ever back in the area, we’d return in a heartbeat. Stefano's apartment is perfect for those who plan to spend a few days of tranquility in a beautiful part of Abruzzo, in the middle of the Gran Sasso park. Spacious, fully equipped, clean, with a garden overlooking the surrounding mountains. The apartment is perfect for families, even with small children. The added value of this apartment is definitely the hospitality of Stefano and his family. Stefano's father, Dino, welcomed me and my family as fraternal friends, giving excellent advice on the area and even helping us with the housekeeping (on several occasions, even early in the morning, he helped me light the fireplace). Stefano even brought us some great meat from the butcher shop where he works. In short, perfect accommodation and incredible hospitality! When we go to Abruzzo, we will definitely return to this home!

Wonderful hosts and location, Leonardo and his father Giorgio were wonderful, very responsive and friendly, kitchen is fully stocked beyond anything I have ever seen and they have everything you should need for a comfortable stay.

Well done and recently renovated apartment. The rooms are spacious and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything and the two bathrooms, very clean, give an extra help to prepare. There are supermarkets nearby and the highway is just a few miles away. Highly recommended!!

Very well located the air B&B, with the geographic coordinates sent by the host you arrive without a problem. It was a very pleasant stay and my dogs were safe. Just ask well the cost per dog daily. No problem.

Antonio's place is in a great location for visiting Abruzzo. It is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. The view of the mountains from the terrace is stunning. Antonio was friendly and responsive and the stay went very well. It should be noted that the air conditioning is only in the living room and it can be hot in the rooms in summer, but Antonio was responsive and provided a powerful fan to cool the atmosphere.

The house is very welcoming, with a beautiful view and a beautiful garden. We and our children liked it very much because it was surrounded by nature but 2 minutes from the village with all the services. Warm and quiet, perfect for relaxation

Our stay has been amazing. The house is located in the mountains, with incredible view on the area and the mediterranean sea (some 40-50 min drive away). The apartment was very fresh, clean and nicely renovated preserving its charme. The kitchen is small but has everything needed to cook. Very nice terrace with a view in the surroundings. The bathroom and the sleeping room were very nice and clean as well. The area is beautiful with nice small towns/villages with cafes and restaurants, hiking and other outdoor activities close by and very nice beaches eg close to Pescara. It is necessary to have a car to get arround Amanda and Corinne were incredible hosts, very friendly and open hearted and very good communication. They even supported us when our car broke down - inviting us for dinner, driving us to the next city and being very helpful in communicating with the rental company‘s driver getting the car. Thank you so much for this! Can only recommend and will come back for sure!
