House vacation rentals in Lapu-Lapu City

It’s our second time staying at Jane’s place. As always, Jane is responsive, friendly, and engaging to communicate with. The property looked and felt more homey this time. The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

We enjoyed our stay. The place was great if you want to just relax but also a great distance from the city if you want to explore more. She’s very good at communicating and responds quickly to our questions. Thank you and we will definitely come back!

All the employees were polite, friendly, and flexible.The room was very clean and I was able to use the water without any problems. When I applied for towels, I was able to get them every time I applied, and they responded quickly when I wanted extra towels on the tour. They also replenished water for free every day, so we didn't have to worry about water. Anyway, it was thanks to this Airbi that we had a very satisfying trip. Thank you again for everything.

I stayed for a month to work and discover Cebu and surroundings on the weekends. The place is ideal because you can enjoy the swimming pool, the peaceful garden and the roof terrace where you can sunbathe or have a quiet breakfast. Nearby is a shopping center where you can eat, drink and do groceries. Of course, there are street vendors everywhere where you can get local food and fruit. The supermarket is useful for products such as water, sunscreen etc. The location itself is a bit far from the ceuntrum of Cebu, but within 30 minutes you are in the city (with Grab you ordered taxi and food, in front of your own door). The internet was good enough to have meetings and there was a desk where I could sit and work. Pierre and Nelia were very helpful and friendly and gave tips on what to do. Her family members were also very helpful and if I needed anything they were there for me. I look back on the stay with great pleasure and would book again next year.

Marj's place is very peaceful. It's walking distance from groceries and shops. Photos matches the place. Place has clean sheets too. Marj is very accommodating. My family had a great time.

We had a very pleasant two-night stay at this spacious and well-maintained three-bedroom unit. It was a lovely place to be with our kids—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a full kitchen and laundry facilities, which made things extra convenient. The outdoor community is a bit dated and the roads around the area could use some improvement. That said, it was great to see other kids around for ours to play with, which made the experience more enjoyable for them. Overall, it’s a great place for both short stays, especially if you’re looking for a quiet and functional home base. We were also able to easily order food in when needed. Thanks for a smooth and relaxing stay!

The couple was nice and very friendly. They even brought a bluetooth speaker with mic, telling us we wer the first users. I would definitely recommend this place and I hope to come here again in the near future. Kudos to the couple and the people there.

This is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed. The host is amazing and very kind and caring I found I could reach out and ask about anything even with travel details and they were very informative and helpful. I 100% recommend this to any travelers on the goand to remember to take care of such a beautiful home. It is a very wonderful location. I pray to come back to in the future.

Super inspired by the interiors of this classic architecture. It looks old but very sturdy. I just wish we have the option to add on if we want to use the A/C in the living room. But overall its homey

I stayed in Avida 3 times before but Marexe place is the best one yet, its clean, its easily accessible, private, tidy and comfy. I would highly recommend Marexe place to anyone who is visiting Cebu, its best condo i have stayed so far in whole of Cebu

Great AirBnB - spacious and clean. The host family was very welcoming. Check in and check out was a pleasant experience.

The place was awesome. Checked in for 2 nights with no problem. It is situated inside a subdivision and its on a dead end. Had a bar with barbecue grill. Parking space for a car is available. Rooms can accomodate around 8 pax with a aircon in every room. Aircon in the sala is not working when we went there. Internet is good. Water was not a problem although host told me that they have some issues with tge supply. We enjoyed our stay in this humble home. Will definitely return. By the way planes can be heard most of the time here but we dont have any issues for it.

I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter, who stayed at this Airbnb home with her friends. I was the one who booked it for them, and I must say, we were extremely happy with the choice! They had an amazing stay from March 5-8. The home was super clean, fragrant, spacious, and well-organized—truly a breath of fresh air. Every corner was spotless, with no trace of cobwebs, making it the cleanest place they've ever stayed in. The peaceful neighborhood added to the relaxing ambiance, and the home's aesthetic appeal made their stay even more enjoyable. With all rooms air-conditioned, including the living area, they all slept comfortably. There were four bedrooms, including one on the second floor with two bunk beds, making it perfect for larger groups (they were 10 in total).

The place is superb! There’s no place like home, but at ANZA, you always feel right at home. The amenities are fantastic, and the caretaker is incredibly kind. A perfect place to unwind!

The host is very accommodating. He replied quickly on my inquiries. Their place is perfect for family. It is a good value for money. I can recommend their place.

We had a fantastic stay! The whole family had an amazing time — the kids especially loved the pool and spent hours playing and swimming. One of the highlights for everyone was the karaoke setup; we had so much fun singing together. The place was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!
