Reetta is a very welcoming person (small sweets offered upon arrival. The space was warm, clean, and tastefully decorated. The beds were already prepared. Communication with Reetta was very easy. I would highly recommend this listing!

We stayed there for few days in April 2025. It was just after the lake was unfroze. The area is stunning. Matti was an amazing, kind, helpful and giving good recommendation. We took a canoe and went for two days trip. And I think this place is absolutely perfect for that. As it is right in front of the water, you can adventure during the day on the canoe and come back for a warm house with a sauna for the night. Wonderful place, I hope to come back.

I stayed at Matthew's house, and it was great. The house was cozy, and the fireplace was excellent. I absolutely loved spending my evenings by the fire while the wood was burning. You can definitely tell that this house was built for a family to live in and not just for renting. The house is fully equipped with all the necessary items to make your stay comfortable. I can confidently say it’s a hidden gem.

Beautiful pristine nature around was also reassuring, and in the wintertime, there were no other cottages around, so we got the peace we needed at the cottage. Johanna was very friendly and proactive about our stay. We'd love to stay at the listing again.

Juhani is amazing host! It was easy to communicate with him, and he was always helpful. Juhani provided pictures and instructions for every house room and check-in. You will have no issues with finding the apartment. The apartment was very clean, location is perfect for city center activities and also close to the train station. I recommend Juhani's place!

Stayed with the family in this wonderfully personal home. Very clean. I was surprised by the great location near the big shops. It was only a couple of kilometers downtown. The host responded quickly and everything went well.
