The apartment is small but compact and includes everything you need. You can park your car in the yard for free and the bus runs right next to it. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. You are warmly welcome. Warm cozy studio with two single beds, a lovely kitchen and a bathroom with shower. In a location that is a short drive from the beautiful town and harbor of Lappeenranta.

Lappeenrannan keskustaan on 4 kilometria. Linja-autopysäkki lähellä, sekä hyvä pyörätie keskustaan.

Cozy townhouse apartment in a great location, within a mile of LUT University, convenience stores, and other services. 6 km to the city center, bus stops nearby. 1 km to the shore of Lake Saimaa, good hiking trails in the nearby area. It's my home, I hope you like your home here. Space for the whole family and an excellent setting for a business traveler or student with electric desks and additional screens. Beds in the bedroom can be separated. Living room has a double sleeper (size=140*200 cm) The short sofa is not suitable for sleeping. Wifi, free parking, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom & sauna, big balcony furnished and cosy to cool off after the sauna add luxury. This is a non-smoking apartment.

The listing is located in the countryside, about 18 km from the center of Lappeenranta. Bicycles/motorcycles can be placed in a lockable garage overnight.
