A cosy little apartment in a great area of Lisbon. The apartment has everything you need, including a balcony with a beautiful view. The neighbourhood is peaceful, lots of restaurants, cafes and coffee shops within walking distance. The only downside is getting up and down the stairs to the top floor of the building, especially with shopping or luggage (great cardio though!)

I’m a round the world cyclist—85,000+ km around the world. But Trump’s likely re-election in June had me looking for a refuge from a return to Trumpistan. I chose Lisbon for three months—-to study Portuguese and to consider a D7. This apartment looked appealing as a base. Upon arrival it was even better than the photos—super beautiful. Super clean. Super comfortable. Super spacious. Very accommodating hosts— an entrepreneurial American and SA ex pat couple— who were great. But Biden dropped out, Portuguese is hard (as is teaching an old dog new tricks), and I’ll be off to knock on a few doors in PA for Harris after a spin across the UK. Thanks for the great apartment. And Go Harris, Go!!!!
