Building practically new. Zona super Seguro. Access to the safe building. Magnificent entrance hallway, clear. Parking note 10. Impeccable elevators. Impeccable and clean corridors. All functional home equipment. Silent neighbours. In short, a good place to live. My wife and I liked it, as did the people who visited us. So happy we chose to stay in Cristina's apartment! It was a really nice walk toward all the places we wanted to see - the river, historic districts and great food and wine! She was thoughtful to leave instructions for appliances as we are not familiar with some European ones and they were clear and easy to follow! We had a really great stay!

If you are looking for a local, non-touristy experience in Lisbon, this apartment is a great option. it is very well situated on the border of the Estrela and Campo De Ourique neighbourhoods. Tons of boutique shopping nearby with all the amentities you need. Tram 28 stops right outside the door and many attractions such as the Estrela Basilica, Estrela Park, Campo De Ourique Market, Amoreiras Shopping Mall and Prazeres Cemetery are a short walk away. For foodies, there are hundreds of restaurants nearby. on the weekend the neighbourhood comes alive with locals and their families strolling the streets, and in the evening the neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. Although small, the apartment is very well equipped and clean. Teresa, Jose, and Luis were all very hospitable and responsive.
