Monthly Rentals in Lào Cai

Wow! We cannot recommend this place enough. Our jaws were on the floor as we walked in. Looks exactly like the pictures, and is even more incredible in person. Included breakfast was great, and we ordered dinner in our room. Tub is outside and is visible from other locations, so I'd recommend a swimming suit if you are to use it. We rented a motorbike in town and drove to the airbnb ourselves (though the host offers to arrange taxi pickup). It was a very adventurous drive, but if you are down for adventure, it was incredible. Be sure to set your directions to the "walking" path from Sa Pa, it will cut the drive in half (took us about 25 minutes, vs 45 on main road). The alpine slide is also on the drive, which is well worth the stop. Highly highly recommend, it's like Switzerland 2.0. Be warned, the doors do not seal fully on the bottom, so there were a couple creepy crawlies, but worth it for the views!

The homestay’s location is great, there’s a few walks needed but that’s to be expected when you select an accommodation in their area. Cuong’s room, food, and beverages are well priced! They have hot shower and made the effort to keep the restrooms clean. The host also provide cheap motorcycle rental And they have a very friendly big dog and 1 puppy- so cute! I had the best time at Mai's home, ideally located up in the valley where the region gets the prettier, you will get to enjoy a cosy place to stay and a warm welcome from the family. Mai was really proactive in helping to get to the house, which can be tricky on your own, but it was the best place to go on hikes for the day and coming back felt like a haven. If you are looking for a getaway from the agitation, to have a rest to the sounds of nature, here is your go.
