Wow! What a beautiful location! Claudio was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was squeaky clean and had a fantastic view of the lake. We will definitely be back. Personally I would recommend having a little car to get around as I imagine it would be a hard walk back up from the town once you’re full of pasta! Thank you so much Claudio.

Siamo tornati in questo alloggio per il ponte di carnevale dopo l'ottima esperienza durante le vacanze natalizie e siamo sempre rimasti molto soddisfatti. Alloggio recentemente ristrutturato e pulitissimo. Box a poche decine di metri, un po' scomodo l'accesso per auto di grandi dimensioni, ma utilissimo. Torneremo sicuramente! Super consigliato.

Abbiamo trascorso qui 3 notti per una minivacanza a sciare. Alloggio tranquillo, senza rumori. A soli 5 min di auto dagli impianti di risalita. Comodo sia per la presenza dell'ascensore che del parcheggio all'interno del comprensorio. Letti e cuscini assolutamente confortevoli, che hanno garantito fantastiche dormite ristoratrice. 😀 Host gentili e con reattività altissima, direi contestuale. Checkin e check out autonomi, comodi e facili! Esperienza positiva.

Io e la mia compagna siamo state nella splendida casa malenca 2 di Katia per 4 giorni e l'abbiamo adorata! perfetta per una coppia, ha tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa! La vicinanza alle piste da sci è ottimale come anche al paese e al centro. Vicino ci sono piccoli alimentari e ristoranti eccellenti, la posizione è perfetta! Ultimo, ma non meno importante, Katia è stata un host eccezionale sempre disponibile e gentile nel rispondere alle nostre domande e necessitá! Tornemo sicuramente, a presto! Camilla e Annabella

Maria’s home was perfect. It overlooks a vineyard. It has everything you could ever need. You feel at home as soon as you enter. It’s close to Tirano and very easy to get to the train station. We had a wonderful time.

È stato un bellissimo week end , stupendo appartamento con tutti i comfort , pulito accogliente con anche degli omaggi di benvenuto quali Prosecco e altri aperitivi , erano presenti anche sapone per piatti e per lavatrice , completo in ogni cosa . Letto super comodo , cucina super attrezzata . Il proprietario è sempre stato disponibile a ogni nostra domanda e richiesta ci è venuto incontro su check in e check up , sicuramente torneremo a soggiornare. Lo stra consiglio a tutti

Ich war sehr Zufrieden mit dem Angebot und dem was ich bekommen habe. Kann nicht viel Besser sein. Eventuell das knarren vom Wandbett war Gewöhnungsbedürftig, ging aber auch gut nach der 2ten Nacht. Ich würde es wieder Buchen und auch weiter Empfehlen.

It was a great choice to stay - not only Alessia is a great host - but also the place is perfect if you want to enjoy peaceful time and have walkable access to the centre. Please feels like home due to carefully selected amenities and materials used. Alessia is going an extra mile in being a host - she helps with arrival and departure, gives local tips that one would not know otherwise! Easily the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. Rosa Katherine is tremendously kind and a true super-host. My wife and I eloped in Bellagio during our time here and Rosa made sure we had all of the necessary accommodations. The place is peaceful and luxurious with breathtaking views better than the pictures. You will definitely want a vehicle - we rented a Vespa from Roberto at Varenna Vespa Rent. It was simple and allowed us to wisp in and out of all the little lake towns and ride into the mountains a bit. The bed is super comfortable and the AC worked great, we had very high temps one day and it kept up fantastically. On top of being an incredible host - Rosa Katherine was genuinely eager to make sure that we were always taken care of with a deep level of hospitality.

Great flat very centrally located in Poschiavo. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked a lot. The hosts are lovely and live right above. We felt very safe & welcomed. Plus flexible check-in & check-out.

What a wonderful apartment. The pictures do not do it justice. The views of the lake, its close proximity to the town centre, Stefeno as a host made this one of our most memorable and enjoyable stays! Stefeno met us at the dock when we arrived and even met us for coffee when we left. Truely a Super Host

Antonio and Christian were amazing hosts during our recent stay in Lake Como. Always responsive to messages and the apartment was perfect for a family of 6. Spotless and had everything you need to cook (Antonio even set up the BBQ for us one night!). It felt like a private pool with all the different areas to lie and enjoy the breathtaking views. Apartment is close walking distance into Gravedona for some nice meals out and bars too. They even let some of us check in early and left a bottle of Prosecco as we were celebrating a big birthday, lovely touches. Couldn’t recommend them more and will definitely be back if we get the chance.

We spent our 30th Anniversary at the Villa and it was an awesome place away from the tourists. Honestly it’s so picturesque it takes your breath away. I would come back over & over again and only stay here.

Das Appartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Mit dem gratis Shuttle ist man in 10 Minuten im Skigebiet. Wir waren zu viert und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Unglaublich schöner Ausblick. Etwas schwierig mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ein kleines Auto ist empfehlenswert sonst kommt man nicht durch. Die Gastgeber sind sehr lieb. Alles in allem sehr schön!

Absolut perfect stay, great directions, flexible check out and Stefania is very responsive for questions or any information needed. The appartment is great equipment, there is everything you need and more to have a comfortable stay. 10/10 can only reccomend, thanks a lot again.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Beim nächsten Mal nutzen wir auch den SPA Bereich. Uns gefiel vor allem die Lage, perfekt zum Wandern, sehr ruhig und trotzdem gibt es einige gute Restaurants und die Promenade in Laufdistanz. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Der Gastgeber Andrea war wirklich sehr nett und immer hilfbereit. Er hat schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Kann es wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Mit dem Bus / Shuttle Bus konnte ist Varenna sehr gut erreichbar. Es war wie auf den Fotos beschrieben :)

Super helpful and clear communication. The Airbnb is exactly as shown, beautiful view from the balcony. Location is secluded however and hard to reach places unless you have hired a car. So just a tip for future visitors- hire a car :)

Ich hatte eine Super, ruhige und erholsame Zeit in der Wohnung. Alles war perfekt sauber und auch die Kommunikation hat immer sehr gut funktioniert! Ich konnte trotz relativ schlechtem Wetter einige schöne Wanderungen und Ausflüge zu Fuss unternehmen. Die Natur rund um die Wohnung ist wunderschön und der Hotpot hat auch seinen Zweck erfüllt 👍 Danke Chiara und Familie für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.
