This former wooden fisherman's hut, typical of oyster buildings, is halfway between the north and south of the Bassin d 'Arcachon, near the small port at the colorful cabins of Biganos, one of the prettiest ports in the Basin. The accommodation has a large volume of 45 m2 on the ground, with a sitting area, kitchen area and sleeping area located on the mezzanine. A wide bay window opens to a shared wooded garden. The house of about 150 m² offers an optimal configuration for 8 adults and 1 child, with an 8 m x 4 m pool with stairs equipped with an alarm system, unheated. Large 100 m² wooden terrace and a sheltered terrace with garden furniture. Close to the bike path, the beaches of Lanton and its shops are in the immediate vicinity.
