Linens and towels are provided. There is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed (160 x 200) and a sofa bed in the living room.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS QUIET, WE ASK YOU TO RESPECT THE NEIGHBORHOOD BY NOT STAYING ON THE TERRACE OR IN THE HOT TUB AFTER 10:30 PM, a noise detector alerts you by message if you are too noisy. New house completed in early February 2019. It has an area of 126 m² + the pool building of 60 m². The house sleeps 8 with a maximum of 4 adults. The pool is heated to 28°C in summer and winter and is reserved for tenants. Lantic is a quiet town near the beaches (Binic and St Quay Portrieux 7km away, Etables 5km away) There are also activities (nearby zoo, golf, tree climbing etc...)
