Its bright living room opens onto a terrace and garden to the south and a bay to the west that offers panoramic views of Beauport Cove and its abbey. New house completed in early February 2019. It has a surface area of 126 m² + the pool building of 60 m². The house sleeps 8 with a maximum of 4 adults. The pool is heated to 28° summer and winter and is reserved for tenants. Lantic is a quiet town near the beaches (Binic and St Quay Portrieux 7 km, Etables 5 km) There are also activities (nearby zoo, golf, tree climbing etc...)
