In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Running cold water is only available in the trailer during the frost-free season! Horses can be brought along. From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Quiet city apartment

The apartment is located in a 300-year-old half-timbered house on the 1st floor. It is very spacious (65 sqm) and absolutely quiet despite being close to the center. The renovation was done from an ecological point of view. Due to the old clay walls painted with glue paint, there is a natural indoor climate, but they need special ventilation rules that the tenant must abide by. There is no TV, Wi-Fi is available. When the weather is nice, a sitting area in the garden can be used.

A ping-pong table is positioned indoors, featuring a blue top and a central net. Two paddles are placed atop the table, accompanied by a red ball. A tall green plant adds a natural element to the space, while light wooden flooring complements the setup.

The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Very nice accommodation close to Lake Dümmer. Has everything you need for a night. Next door there are chickens, sheep and a cat roaming around. The lake is about 10 minutes by bike, the nearest bakery (also open on Sundays!) is 15 minutes away. Thanks for everything!

We really enjoyed the vacation, it was the most beautiful apartment so far. The furnishings are perfect and you can't get enough of the view of Lake Schwerin. The old town, the harbor and the castle can be reached in 30 minutes on foot; in about 5 minutes you can buy fresh fish or smoked fish and in about 10 minutes you are at a swimming spot with a great little bistro with deck chairs. From the apartment, we took various great bike tours around all kinds of lakes - just beautiful... I'm sure we'll be back!

Lovingly furnished apartment in the heart of the city. Our highlight was the small balcony with morning and evening sun and views of the cathedral. The apartment was very clean and well furnished. We didn't miss anything. The storage space for our bikes in the courtyard was perfect for us. We would book the apartment again anytime. Thanks to the host!

Tobi's place was a dream! Very modernly furnished, enough space for everything and nothing was missing in the amenities. The city center and the castle are connected by a walk, within walking distance. Or alternatively, in a few minutes by bus. The communication with Tobi was very straightforward. The Welcome Book gave us a good overview. The place is highly recommended!
