"Alte Dorfschule" at Schweriner See

The 80 m² apartment is located on the upper floor of an old village school in Wickendorf on the northern outskirts of Schwerin, 7 km to the center. Lake Schwerin is a few minutes walk away and easily accessible for a morning bath. The bright apartment with private entrance consists of e i n e m large living/bedroom area with adjoining o f f e n e r kitchen and a separate large shower room. There is a lot of space for 2-3 people and you can always find small artistic details in the apartment. The double bed has the dimensions of 2.0 x 2.0 m, a third single bed (normal size) Other mattresses can be provided by the landlord. The kitchen is furnished with a fridge (without an icebox) and an electric stove with oven. The car can be parked at the in-house yard. The bus usually runs hourly to the city within 12 minutes. Also by bike along the lakes you are in the city center in about 30 minutes. Bicycles as well as the large, former school garden are welcome to use by arrangement. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets can be brought with you after consultation and consent of the landlords.

Diese Wohnung liegt absolut zentral. Es besteht die Option auf ein zweites großes Zimmer. Das Wohnzimmer hat ein Bett, Klimaanlage, Infrarotstrahler, Couch TV und einen kleinen Balkon. From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Quiet city apartment

The apartment is located in a 300-year-old half-timbered house on the 1st floor. It is very spacious (65 sqm) and absolutely quiet despite being close to the center. The renovation was done from an ecological point of view. Due to the old clay walls painted with glue paint, there is a natural indoor climate, but they need special ventilation rules that the tenant must abide by. There is no TV, Wi-Fi is available. When the weather is nice, a sitting area in the garden can be used.

Enjoy the view over Lake Ostorf or just jump in – a swimming spot is within walking distance. The adjacent bike trail invites you to take long walks or bike tours along the many lakes and the lush nature in the city area of Schwerin and beyond.
