Apartment vacation rentals in Lanikuhonua Beach

This condo was absolutely gorgeous—modern, spacious, and upgrades. The building itself featured a beautiful lobby with coffee and fresh, locally-squeezed juice. We especially loved the waterfall and large koi pond, which made waiting downstairs a relaxing experience. Our kids had a great time walking to the Mail Drop to send postcards home and visiting the koi fish each day. The views from the balcony were incredible, with mountains to the right and turquoise ocean waters to the left—especially magical at night. The location couldn’t be better. Just two blocks from the beach and an easy walk to dinner spots, shops, and the lively evening scene on the main strip. We were also just steps away from ice cream, local activities, and restaurants to suit any craving. The condo was well-stocked with everything we needed for a beach vacation—beach towels, a wagon, and boogie boards were all provided. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook meals from local street markets.

Overall a very positive stay here. The place looks just like the pictures, and the location is fantastic. We rented a car thinking we'd need it to get to the major dining hubs in Waikiki, but it was close enough that we ended up walking more often than not. The included wagon and beach gear was also a major win. The only thing I'd note is that the bedroom is separated by a sliding door, so more light and noise will seep through. Our kids luckily slept through it, but could be an issue if your kids are light sleepers.

We really like staying in this building when we are in Honolulu as it is easy to get everywhere and you are not in the middle of the mess that Waikiki offers most of the time. Charlie's place is the most updated of the units we have stayed in. He was extremely responsive on the few questions we had for him. We have to have a car when we are in Honolulu so the free parking seals the deal.

Absolutely incredible condo for me, my husband, and teenage son! Location was more than perfect. 2 blocks from the beach & Tiki’s! About a 10 minute walk to the International Market Place and Duke’s for Sunday brunch buffet. The lanai was probably my favorite part of the property. I spent every morning listening to the calm and evening hustle and bustle. Everything and more was provided during our stay. More than enough kitchenware. Huge kitchen island for all of the poke & lunch plates we brought back. Beds and sofa were so comfortable! Bathroom amenities included amazing towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. And the tub was deeeeeep with a rainfall shower head to die for! AND THE VIEWS!!! From when you walk in, to the lanai, to the bedroom!!! An absolute dream!!! We are already planning our next visit and without hesitation will stay here again!!

Nick & DeAnna's home was just perfect! It was walking distance to so many things in Waikiki, as well as the beaches, and walking paths. Having parking on premises was a huge plus for us. Check-in instructions were very clear & easy to follow. They were very responsive when we had questions. Their home had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.

I loved the place and free parking. The photos, description, and instructions were all accurate and helpful. Everything was clean and modern. I loved that there were two balconies. There were a few small critters in the apartment, but I think that’s due to the layout of the building. Just so you're aware, the floor where the apartment is located opens directly to the outdoors—more like an open-air walkway than an enclosed hallway. This is probably where the bugs came from. This could have contributed to the noise from outside. Luckily, there was a sound machine, so I slept through it. In the room, there was a hair dryer, hair curler, beach chairs, beach umbrella. The washer and dryer are also located on the same floor with the garbage shoot. Everything is within distance from the apartment, such as Wakiki Beach, tons of restaurants and shops. You don't need to rent a car unless you want to be outside of Wakiki area. We will definitely come back and stay with Tom again!

Awesome place! Super clean and full of all beach equipment and anything you need in the kitchen! Perfect spacious patio and nice Mountain View. Everything was clean and ready. Also they were super responsive and helped with any questions! 10/10 recommend

This place is conveniently located in the Ala Moana area and offers beautiful views of the ocean with shops just a quick walk away. We had an excellent stay here!

Very happy with my stay. This unit is perfect for a solo traveler or couple. Hosts were always quick to respond and proactive. Water pressure in bathroom is great, comfortable bed, great views, thoughtfully designed. When I come back I will keep my eye out for this place.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is amazing, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, with a very convenient supermarket right downstairs that also offers takeout. Everything was super easy and stress-free. The host was friendly and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

The location was great and the apartment itself was cozy and clean. View from the balcony is great! AC works perfectly. We would stay there again for sure! The downsides only included the hallway to get to the apartment from the elevator smelled like cigarettes and felt quite stuffy. And the kitchen was tiny with low-hanging cabinets, making it a bit hard to cook but still possible! And the kitchen has everything necessary for meal preparation. So we still cooked every day even though it was a bit awkward. Overall super nice apartment, tiny but cozy and is perfectly located within the city. Would love to stay again if we come to Oahu.

We had a great stay. The place is cozy, has a great view and amenities and supplies. It is in great location, close enough to everything in waikiki but away enough to not deal with the busy and louder areas. Great host who was very informative, accomodating, detailed and gave alot of recommendations.

Amazing place to stay! Only hiccup was the code to the gate/door being incorrect in the message that was sent to me, but after figuring out the correct code, it was a perfect stay!

Beach view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous, beach was perfect and not crowded, definitely make use of the snorkel equipment!

Absolutely beautiful home for our summer vacation. Walkable to all the fabulous restaurants, across the street from the beach and was able to make a home-cooked meal when we wanted to stay in. Are extremely comfortable and valet was awesome! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This Airbnb was fantastic—just like the photos show. The view was stunning, and the host was both friendly and attentive. It offered plenty of amenities and was within walking distance of the beach and local restaurants. Having a car rental available on-site made getting around incredibly convenient. Had a great stay! A group of 4 of us shared the place and we had no issues. It was a bit cramped with all of our luggages but we made it work and it was worth having all the amenities plus walking distance to beach, bars and restaurants. We were able to find free parking every night with minimal hassle. The hosts were great and very responsive, we were allowed to check in one hour early which we appreciated so much! Really loved that they had beach chairs boogie boards and a wagon, it helped a lot! Overall would recommend this place 10/10.

This place was excellent. I have stayed at the Pacific Monarch before and highly recommend due to the location. The quality of this unit was particularly nice. Perfect for our visit. I will also add that the front desk people are always very helpful.
