We had a great time with the family, in a superb accommodation, very well equipped, very good bedding, in a quiet and sumptuous environment. Karîne and Vincent are very nice and responsive. The children and grandchildren loved the pool.

Ideally located accommodation in Saint Brieuc, quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac. The house is impeccable, very nicely decorated with everything you need. Small wooden courtyard very nice and sheltered from view. The bedding is perfect I highly recommend it.

We had a great stay in the house. Clean, tidy, tastefully decorated, spacious. Fanny was very responsive to questions, respectful, friendly and, despite a small technical concern for the hot tub, worked to fix that. Thank you to the owner who made a gesture of goodwill to compensate for the technical problem causing the impossibility of using the hot tub. We will be happy to go back and warmly recommend this house!

The accommodation was perfect, as described and as shown in the photos. We had a great weekend! The location is ideal, a short walk to the beach, and the parking space is a real plus. We rented Philippe's apartment at the foot of Rosaires beach from May 28 to June 1, 25. We have nothing to complain about, everything was clean, tidy, practical, impeccable bedding! Plenty of storage. The smell of linens is lovely. Everything is very well explained about the functionality of the accommodation. We really enjoyed the exchange with the host. Possibility of mountain bike tours. Be careful though, you have to be quite athletic!(Do some cardio)! It's climbing! Otherwise, there is the long walk along the beach and the GR next to it. We had a great time at Stephy's house who is a very charming host and always attentive, who gave us very good tips. It was a pleasure to stay at his apartment which is more than central. No need to take the car to go for the small morning errands, close to the beach, lots of good restaurants nearby. Stephy has always been responsive to our questions. Her place is full of everything and is beautifully decorated. We thank Stephy for his welcome, his little gift upon arrival and for sure, we will be back. Great stay, we highly recommend it!
