As this was my first ever Airbnb, I didn't know what to expect. My experience of B and B places ( and owners) caused a preference to stay in hotels where an acceptable minimum standard could be taken for granted. However, my stay at The Little Thatch was a very pleasant experience, being on the edge of the village on a small quiet road, surrounded by open countryside. My stay was enhanced by the security and comfort provided by this small flat, particularly the very comfortable mattress provided in the upstairs bedroom which lulled me into a deep sleep. The attentive hosts, Beatrice Louisa and Rob were really helpful and certainly proactive in ensuring that I didn't experience any problems during my stay.

The Byre is absolutely stunning in quiet and peaceful surroundings. Vanessa is very helpful and friendly and left us with lots of lovely "goodies" which were lovely and much appreciated. We had a lovely few days and will definitely return again in the not distant future.

We had a brilliant weekend staying at Duxford Church. The hosts were fantastic - clear and thoughtful with all instructions sent well ahead of our stay, which made everything seamless from the start. They also left us a much needed welcome package, such a lovely touch ☺️. We didn’t need to contact them at all during our stay, as everything was perfectly prepared and in place. Duxford is a quaint little place that we really enjoyed exploring. All in all, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this home. It was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived. Everything was just as shown in the photos and even better in person. The house was beautifully furnished, with comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of thoughtful touches that made our stay extra enjoyable. It was clear that the host put great care into making the space inviting and functional. The location was quiet and safe. We especially appreciated how peaceful the neighborhood was, which made it easy to relax and unwind. The host was very responsive, helpful, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable home to stay in. We would definitely return in the future.
