You live within walking distance to the fast boat dock and it takes only 10 minutes until you are in the center of Ålesund. Short distance to Langevåg city center where you will find Devoldfabrikken with outlet stores, café, and artisans. There is electric car charging. Proximity to sports facilities, outdoor park and hiking trail. And you have Sulafjellet not far away with a built up mountain trail and many different hiking destinations. Excellent starting point for day trips throughout the region.

The home is located in quiet surroundings. There is a large outdoor area right outside the kitchen, and a large spacious parking area. Short distance to the lake, mountains and city center. Possibility to add inflatable mattresses in addition to regular beds. Washer and dryer. Coffee machine, etc. Family-friendly with trampoline, and fenced terrace inside. Great view. Newly renovated apartment with private entrance and two bedrooms. Langevåg city center and Devoldfabrikken can be reached in about 4 minutes by car. The amazing Sulafjellet is nearby. Langevåg offers a disc golf course and great hiking trails in beautiful nature. From Langevåg there is a speedboat to Ålesund. The apartment has an open kitchen solution, bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine and a private sauna. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and kettle and has everything else you usually need.

New tiled bathroom with black details. Wardrobe/walkin. Nice outdoor area with garden furniture, and park down towards the water. A gapahuk with a campfire area can be rented.

The place is just outside the fantastic Ålesund! With a speedboat from Langevåg you are in Ålesund city center in 10 min, with your own car it takes 30 min to drive. It is only 500 meters to the closes grocery store.

Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!
