Cozy semi-detached house with large garden surrounded by fields on the edge of the village. The property is 4 km from the North Sea and 6 km from the next major town of Bredstedt. On one side, the North Sea coast with its dikes and on the other the Stollberg with its forest and heathland. The other half of the house is inhabited by 2 nice North Frisians who are available to answer any questions. Otherwise, 2 dogs, 5 horses and, depending on the season, some sheep live on the property.

It is ideal for excursions to the islands, Halligen, Denmark, Flensburg and Husum. The tiny house offers a fully furnished apartment with 18 square meters, a full bathroom, fresh water in the pipes, electric heating and fast internet. It is nicely decorated so that you feel comfortable right away upon arrival. Private parking on our property.

The old settlement structure of this Warft is well preserved and is considered a gem with its 14 houses in original development. The beautiful Friesenhaus under Reet was rebuilt in 1994 according to a historical model in the original character and is located in a village outskirts on a country road. The two-family house consists of a main house and the 65 sqm cottage. The location is an ideal starting point for excursions by car, extensive bike rides or walks. Things of daily necessities (shopping, train station to Sylt or ferry to the Halligen, bank, etc.) are easily accessible.

Located at the narrowest point in Germany, this gem, an 180-year-old, thatched-roof Geestlanghaus, is in a quiet, secluded location with free parking, 10 minutes from the A7. Young couples with toddlers, solo travelers, tourists on their way to the north or south, painters looking for seclusion, pianists (grand piano available!), writers and other creatives, bird lovers and lovers of the seas are welcome in our small gallery!

Thatched Cottage by the Lake

Welcome to our terp in Waygaard near the lake Botschlott. The accommodation is a traditional thatched farmhouse flat with a view overlooking the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marshes. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can fish, canoe, cycle and watch the flocks of birds that use the partly protected lake as a migration and nesting site. The lake is used for windsurfing and wingfoiling.

Our small apartment on the dike

Our small cozy apartment is located directly next to our house in the middle of the first dike. You have a small kitchen, a bedroom with TV, Bluray player and desk. On the ground floor there is also the small bathroom. Up a staircase is another small bedroom with 2 mattress beds on European pallets.
