Cozy single room near the lake

Our house is a three-generation house. On each floor is an apartment which is occupied by friendly people. Every now and then it gets a little hectic because of the kids. It is located in Hard/Vorarlberg about 300 m as the crow flies from Lake Constance. The paths to the bakery, the ice cream parlor, the beach, various restaurants, the bus stop, ... can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk. Every Wednesday there is a market in the town center.

The historic 300-year-old house features a distinctive half-timbered exterior with a combination of white and wooden elements. The blue shutters and front door add a touch of charm. A front garden area is visible, with low-maintenance landscaping and stone pathway leading to the entrance.
