Holiday home for rent We have decided to rent out our lovely summerhouse located on Grasten on the island of Thurø, which has a fixed connection to Svendborg. 200 meters from the summerhouse is the tourist ferry Helge to, and with it you can sail all the way to Svendborg city. The house is 74 m2 and consists of kitchen-living room, 1 bathroom, hallway, bedroom, children's room and repos with sofa bed. Large south facing wooden terrace with garden table/chairs and barbecue. The house is located right next to Svendborgsund. Yes in fact it is only 10 meters down to your own beach and its own bathing jetty, from where you can take a nice dip, catch crabs, collect rocks and hit out, build sand castles, only the imagination sets limits. After various beach activities, a shower can be enjoyed under the house's outdoor shower, which has both cold and hot water. The view is absolutely phenomenal with a view to Langeland, Tåsinge (Valdemarslot). On the sea there is always life of sailing ships and boats, as our house is located right at the entrance to Svendborg. In addition, many birds, guinea pigs and seals are seen. Everywhere there is green and peaceful, no noise from cars, only bird whistle to break the silence. There are large woods a walk away. If you are a fishing interest, flatfish, trout etc. can be caught from the jetty. We have two kayaks and two children's kayaks that are welcome to borrow. Life jackets for children and adults are also available. We also have a lovely wooden Finnish sauna, built from real fins there ourselves train wood and oven from Finland. Enjoy a deep in the sea and then experience the warmth of the lovely sauna. There is room for 1 family a max 4 people. You must bring your own linen, towels, dishcloths, tea towels, etc. We don't have a TV, but plenty of board games 😉 Wifi is available. Facilities: Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hot plate, electric kettle, fridge + freezer, nespresso machine, toaster. The house is heated with electric heating, in addition to wood pellet stove. Price is exclusive of electricity consumption. Electricity meter is checked upon arrival and departure and is paid via mobile pay to no. 60619449 or put in cash. It needs to be cleaned/all emptied and then a cleaning company will be cleaned.

Deposit 1.000 DKK Electricity and water consumption is paid in addition to the rental price (3.50 DKK per kWh of electricity and 100 DKK per m3 of water)

Charming annex on Tåsinge

Cozy annex with access to forest. About 1 km to idyllic Troense harbor/town, with grocery store. Many wonderful hikes/bike rides, as well as several swimming opportunities. 5 km to Svendborg city center. Annex contains a double bed and a double mattress in the loft. Sleeps 4 in the same room, 2 of which are in the loft. Smaller kitchen The owner's large plot can be used. Take a morning or evening tour, for example, where you/I can experience chickens and shetland ponies in the rural surroundings. The owner also has 2 cats and a Border Collie dog.

Welcome to our traditional cottage with sea views, 150 meters from a child-friendly beach, where the shipping to the Baltic Sea passes close by. Located in Spodsbjerg, the area offers ideal fishing opportunities both at sea and from the beach. Experience the area's beautiful nature by hiking and cycling in unique landscapes. In charming Rudkøbing, just 10 minutes away by car, there are fantastic shopping opportunities and small restaurants. The house is perfect for anglers, with a cleaning area and freezer.

The cottage is a Norwegian log cabin of 60 m2 with grass on the roof. It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen with stove, fridge and freezer, bathroom with shower and cozy living room with wood-burning stove. Covered terrace with rustic rustic. The cottage is located on a 3000 m2 undeveloped natural plot with tall trees and a fire pit. It is 800 meters to one of Denmark's best beaches with lovely white sand. There is firewood for the stove and fire pit. In the morning, you can often see wild game on the grounds.

The small harbour is close by, so is the old grocery shop where you can buy bread, milk and other nessesarities. The Guest House is small, minimalistic and the livingroom is also the bedroom. There is a foldable bed in the livingroom and another foldable bed in the kitchen. Suitable for 2 adults and 2/3 children.

The summerhouse "Elseminde" in Langeland

The house is very deserted and exudes peace and quiet. The house contains everything you need, all kept in authentic tasteful farmhouse style. There is no TV and TV signal in the house, but excellent wireless wifi. The house is non-smoking and the use of open fire in the garden is strictly prohibited due to the thatched roof. On the other hand, it's the only rules that are – besides just having a good time and taking care of the house, as if it were one's own; -)

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful vacation apartment. Ideal location if you want to explore South Funen. You will be close to a good beach, Øhavssti and Svendborg. There are shopping opportunities in the village of Skårup - and Svendborg is only a 10-minute drive away. The apartment overlooks green fields, and from the two terraces you can enjoy your coffee while the sun rises and end the day with a sundowner when the sun sets.
