The house has three rooms with a total of 6 beds. 1 double bed, 4 single beds 5 min. to the beach

Cozy apartment with private south-facing terrace

The guest apartment is located in one part of my house, which is located in quiet surroundings close to the city center. There is a separate entrance with a key box and exit to a south-facing terrace. I have chickens in the garden and will supply the apartment's fridge with eggs when there are any eggs. There is free coffee and tea, but you must bring your own milk and breakfast. I also live in the house, which is old and we all have to show consideration for each other of course.

This unique gem (110m2) exudes soul and charm. It is located in one of svendborg's oldest and most popular neighborhoods. Right down by the wooden ship harbor, 100 meters from the station, the pedestrian street and the Ærø ferry. There is a small enclosed garden as well as a lovely little backyard. Therefore, it is quiet and nice💗, suitable for children. You share the outdoor area with the owner who lives down the back of the backyard.

There are some deviations in the layout compared to pictures of children's rooms. Beds listed are correct.
