White Lodge Cottage is a 200 year old “farm workers cottage”. Jane and Mark live in the separate farmhouse on this 33 acre farm which is in the middle of a rewilding program. Guests can enjoy the entire area which includes a recreational field by the river, a wildlife pond with a bird hide and a platform overlooking the valley, ideal for spotting the local Goshawk. This year we have added an astronomy observatory for those occasions when the sky is clear. Currently all stays start on a Friday

Dalby Family Cottage, Bickley Rigg Farm

We believe our family cottage is pretty special. A two year conversion from an abandoned cow barn which is about 150 years old. Its decor has a little French influence and is very interesting, full of antiques, curios and memorabilia but has a homely, snug and intimate atmosphere. The kitchen, dining and living area are open plan which creates a warm relaxed feeling for family and friends. One looks out over a beautiful valley which is completely private. No roads or foot fall to disturb you.
