In total, the apartment is approximately 33 m2. In addition, there is a sofa, armchair, 32" TV with Chromecast and a small radio. Possibility of charging an electric car at an OK charging station 350 meters from the apartment.

Cozy cottage in Sønderborg - Rent our Little House

Hi :-) we are renting out our little annex in Sønderborg. The complex is from 1700 but got fully renovated up to standart a few years ago. It can host up to 4 people (one 160cm bed and a very good bedsofa 140cm). You can be fully on your own exploring southern denmark, but we're also available most of the time if needed. Supermarkets, waterview and forest are in walking distance. Public transport is only 50m from here. If anything else is needed dont hesitate to ask. Best regards Lisa and Håkan

Nachdem ich meiner Mutter, die seit Jahren Superhost ist, lange Zeit geholfen habe, jetzt meine ersten eigenen Wohnungen :) Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement befindet sich nur einen Steinwurf von der Strandpromenade und der Therme entfernt und wir freuen uns, euch als Gäste bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen :) Sowohl der Parkplatz, als auch die Bettwäsche sind bei uns inklusive. Und wenn ihr es kuschelig mögt, haben wir auch eine bequeme Schlafcouch, so dass ihr ebenfalls zu 4 kommen könnt :)

We rent out our cozy, charming and newly renovated cottage, which is located in a quiet area overlooking Flensborg Fjord. Do you need to get away from everyday life, love to relax or be active? Then the house is just the thing. The home is located by the beach and Gendarmstien. It has a large kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, and large garden with sunny terrace. It is only a few kilometers to the town of Broager with shopping. Price excludes electricity consumption: DKK 5.00 per kWh.

Langballig is a small village with about 1400 inhabitants on the Flensburg Fjord. Short distances to the Baltic Sea. Great natural beach (in summer guarded swimming beach) with a small harbor and various restaurants. From the harbor, a ferry goes to Denmark in the season. 10 km to Glücksburg and 20 km to Flensburg. The house is situated in a cozy residential holiday area. Terrace with grill, seating and sun loungers are available, and there is an outdoor sauna in the garden, which is available free of charge. Linens and towels are included in the price.

A window door allows direct exit to the outside area from there.
