My little house is an affordable place to stay with an ideal location. Turn off and find the accommodation at the back of my house. A private wooden deck around the house provides a nice patio and if you feel like barbecuing, everything you need is available. What do you want to visit? Österlen? Copenhagen? Lund? Malmö? Hven? The accommodation is 800 meters from the train station, a ten-minute walk from the golf course and 250 meters from the ICA store with generous opening hours. The tiled bathroom comes with a shower and toilet, fridge and microwave, of course.

On the farm there are horses, cats, chickens and a small companion dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. In an extension (built in 2015) in my villa in central Lund, I rent out a bright and beautiful 2nd floor apartment with a separate entrance and patio door to a lovely garden. The house is in a quiet and culturally protected area in central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge, but costs SEK 2/hour around the clock. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple lives in the apartment above. The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and two living rooms, one of which has a sofa bed. The yard is lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.

The house is close to Söderåsen National Park, Rönne Å and Bandsjön. Here there are plenty of opportunities for short or long excursions in nature, such as hiking, canoeing, swimming in the lake or cycling on exercise bikes. The distance to Helsingborg and Lund is only 45 by car, if you want to go to the city for sightseeing. This destination is suitable for families with children, solo adventurers, couples or those on a longer trip, and need a simple overnight stay on the way.

A self-built and lovely Tinyhouse in our garden, in a quiet residential area. Free parking and WiFi. Access to playground in our garden if desired. There is outdoor furniture and the possibility to barbecue. There is also an electric car charger that can be borrowed for a fee. Five minutes' walking distance to both store and pizzeria. 7 minutes from the E6 highway. About 10 km to the nearest city, Landskrona, where there are nice swimming areas, shopping and much more.
