Wenn man hier rein kommt fühlt man sich gleich wohl. Im Herzen von Landshut nur wenige Gehminuten in die Altstadt, aber trotzdem in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen. Ein Supermarkt (Penny), Fitness Center und Bushaltestelle gleich um die Ecke. Mehrere Restaurants in Gehweite vorhanden.

The approx. 50 square meter, bright and spacious apartment is located absolutely close to the old town in the attic of our 18th century house. The apartment has been recently renovated and fully equipped with high-quality carpenter furniture. The beautiful Landshut old town can be reached on foot in just two minutes. The path to the center leads through the magnificent city park along the Isar or simply over the Isar Bridge.

The apartment has its own entrance. Via the staircase you can get to the basement with an anteroom and cloakroom. In the first room is the eat-in kitchen with sofa and table, kitchenette and TV. Through an open passage you enter the bedroom with a wardrobe, a 1.40 cm wide bed and a desk. Next is the sliding door to the shower with toilet.
