Loft in Annecy Old Town | Balcony over the river

An old two-bedroom loft in the heart of Annecy Old Town - with a balcony over the river Thiou. The perfect escape for adventurous couples & families. The medieval street below is bustling with restaurants and street markets; up on the fourth-floor the loft is calm and peaceful. The shaded balcony has views over the rooftops, and the turquoise river directly below. Built-in the 14th century it is full of creaky floorboards and character, as well as modern comforts, including fibre internet.

Quiet and warm cottage ground floor

At the foot of Mont Blanc, quiet, bottom of a chalet composed of a spacious bedroom and a large dining room. The accommodation is completely independent with an equipped garden area available. At the edge of ski slopes and hiking trails, in winter you can go and come back with skis on your feet in the garden (blue slope), and in summer you are on the Gr5. Located on the heights of Les Houches, the place is close to the bus stops, but it is highly recommended to have a vehicle.

In the heart of Annecy's old town you can eat in one of the many good restaurants or enjoy an ice cream in an ice cream parlor (the best being the Glacier des Alpes). For accessibility, the apartment is an 8-minute walk from the train station.
