The information given by Amélie and Gaylord is clear and accurate to retrieve the keys and use of the pool. We had a lovely stay of a week. We were able to enjoy the covered pool and a little heated through the hull despite the mixed weather. The place is well located, easy to find. The view of the mountains is superb. Stéphane was very helpful with our installation. We thank him for his kindness and availability. If we get a chance to come back to the area, we'll be sure to rent this place again.

As three retired gentlemen skiers, the accommodation fully met our requirements of each having their own bedrooms with ensuite facilities and was of high quality. The apartment is on the top floor of the property which restricts headroom in certain areas which is not a big problem when you remember. The most common time when we forgot was after accessing the fridge freezer and then standing up. Travelling to different ski areas by car took between 30 and 50 minutes and staying outside of the resorts meant the premium prices of food and drinks was only paid at lunchtime. Peaceful and quiet location. Whilst the nearest bar and restaurant, the Tarin, where we enjoyed some evenings of good food and drink, was just within walkable distance, unfortunately, the road at night is not best suited to pedestrians. We ate in on some nights and found the kitchen area well equipped. The WiFi signal was relatively weak and slow. In summary, we would happily book this accommodation again.

WOW - thats how i would describe this house - the views surrounding the house are amazing. It is so peaceful and quiet. The house is a real home from home and had everything you could possibly need, including a play room which was absolutely brilliant for my 20 month old grandaughter. The pool and garden were both ideal and my grandaughter loved the playhouse and slide. It is only a short walk down to the lake and swimiining in it is just amazing - water is clear and there is free to park municiple beach a short drive away. It is about 20 min drive into annecy which we did a few times which again is absolutely beautiful. Hubert was a fantastic host and was responsive and helpful as well as a lovely welcome gift from him and his family. I could go on and on about how wonderful our holiday was but i will finish with I would love to go back to this house and will be revisiting again one day - thank you Hubert

Great villa, nice view, very close to cycling area. The place fully matches the house description. Responsive and efficient service from La Conciergerie answering quickly all our requests and helping with local advises.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is in a peaceful location with breathtaking views and just a 20-minute drive to La Plagne Centre ski resort. It was clean, clutter-free, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The only minor downside was that the beds were a bit short and not very comfortable, but that’s our only complaint. Overall, we really liked the house. Sabine was very friendly and welcoming, and she gave us great recommendations. It was a fantastic stay — we only wish we could have stayed longer!

A stay at the top thanks to Dom! Whenever we needed something, he was there. Kind, helpful and attentive, it made our stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation was spotless, super well-equipped (special mention for the raclette and fondue machine, essential after a good day on the slopes!). Beautiful cottage, even better than in the pictures! Joffrey is welcoming, responsive and very friendly. The location of the cottage is ideal for skiing, there is everything you need for a great stay. We highly recommend it.

We had a great time with family (with 3 young children) at Stéphane's. It's the perfect place to enjoy the Semnoz resort, Annecy and even Quintal (where there's a beautiful 11th century church and a well-stocked library). The accommodation is perfectly equipped and comfortable to make you feel at home as soon as you arrive. Everything is there to travel light without regretting having left children's games, a raclette or fondue set at home! Stéphane is the perfect host thanks to his kindness, attention to detail and advice. The bread from the Viuz-la-Chiesaz bakery is a real delight! Shops, restaurants, cheese factory, everything is quickly accessible by beautiful mountain roads. We'll most certainly come back to that. Thank you for these beautiful discoveries!

We had a great weekend, there were 10 of us so we rented the studio + the house it was perfect. The accommodation is very well appointed, very clean, we really liked the atmosphere. The ski departure is a 7-8min drive. it's hard to find places to stay for 8-10 people and this one is great!
