My family and I had a great stay at the guest house. Laurel had everything we needed with traveling with a 9 months old. My son who is three keep saying how much he loved it there he keeps asking if we can visits the farm again. Highly recommended for a nice relaxing beautiful stay by Tampa.

I’m completely speechless with John’s ability to assist us throughout the entire stay…. We only stayed for 2 nights but John’s place is one of my new favorites…. I would highly recommend staying with them and I’m honored that I was able to experience him hosting…… John thank you for everything…..

Words cannot describe what a wonderful experience this was. Dawn and Leo are truly amazing hosts. I felt right at home the moment I checked. The tent was just was just as described and more. Thank you guys. You made me feel like family, I truly appreciated that. I will be back to try out your other cabins, I just want to experience all that you have to offer. Absolutely loved our stay here!! The unit was conveniently located right on Weeki Wachi with river access and plenty of water toys! The location was still private and peaceful. It was extremely clean and there wasn’t anything that we needed that wasn’t provided! Very responsive host. Can’t say enough great things, looking forward to staying here again sometime

The little house is tucked away in the back of a waterfront friendly neighborhood. It was perfectly appointed. Kitchen was stocked w/ coffee maker, cutting boards, a blender & some extra snacks. Baths had starter toiletries. Out back a swing sat near the dock at the end of a cute paver path with adirondack chairs on the porch. The home was very clean, which we appreciated. All of the amenities made our visit comfortable, but the best part was sitting out back gazing onto the beautiful lake for sunrises & sunsets. The area is teeming with wildlife. Everyday we saw many species of birds, turtles and diving ducks in the water surrounded by tropical foliage. The location was great! We visited the Greek town of Tarpon Springs nearby; food and service were authentic & great at Nikos & pasteries to die for at Hellas Bakery. We visited Honeymoon State park where we walked along the rocky beaches & dipped our toes in the gulf waters. Our hosts were responsive & helpful. This place is a gem!

Such a cute spot and a quick kayak ride to the beautiful clear weeki Wachee river. Couldn’t find the washer and dryer and Derick responded very quickly. Would def stay again :)

The Strawberry Guesthouse was clean and very charming. The property is serene and beautifully decorated. As a host, Joseph is attentive and effortless to coordinate with. I must schedule a longer reservation next time! I will be back!

We had a great stay! Home was pretty & spacious & very clean. She had pretty much everything needed! Checkin was easy! Neighborhood was quiet & safe. 10/10 def recommend

We stayed for 6 nights while in town for our daughter’s wedding. Lovely historic home! Was spacious and clean, with nice little extras in the kitchen. Perfect location.

Really enjoyed our stay here, everything was just like the photos The house is very clean and very well-stocked we enjoyed having outdoor seating too close to everything We visit the area often to see our daughter in college We would rent here again and the host was responsive

The house is beautiful and spacious. We had a large crew with us and never felt crammed. Our favorite spot was the table outside, under the house. The neighborhood is quiet, except for the dog across the way, but it was never a problem. The swamp smelled a little. The location is top notch - conveniently close to resturants and beaches. We recommend staying here if you have a large group who like their privacy!

Jaime and Maya’s place was exactly as described and even better than the photos. The home was beautifully decorated and had every amenity needed for a comfortable stay. Their communication through my time there was excellent. I look forward to staying there again on my next trip to Tampa.

The home was exactly as described. The backyard is truly an oasis, very private and peaceful. The pool was wonderful and heated to a comfortable temperature. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. A short drive to Clearwater and St. Petersburg, Anna is a wonderful host, very pleasant, helpful and responsive.

The garage/driveway sneaks up on you, but the house was perfect. Hot tub was great and location was close to everything we needed or wanted to do.

Communication was very good and timely with host. Home was very nice and clean. Beds are very comfortable. I’d recommend staying here and will definitely stay here in the future.

We went to Tampa for a business trip, but didn’t want to stay in a hotel. We chose this place because of the location on the water and the kayaks. We spent almost all of our time on the water and fishing. The house was located close to everything you would possibly need, but once you were out back you forgot you were close to the city! The hosts were super responsive anytime I messaged with questions. The house was very comfortable. AC was cold. Comfortable bed. We would definitely stay again!

My family and my dog really enjoyed this lovely house. It has everything we need and more! Doggie bowls, all the things to cook, beach chairs and umbrella, and even sunscreen spray and aloe vera gel! The place is quiet and private. The host is very responsive and allowed for early check in. The pool is amazing!

Great accommodations! Close to all beaches! Clean and comfortable space. Pool overlooking lake was amazingly relaxing! Pantry was full of available and miscellaneous items. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash on site. Beds comfortable!!

Very clean and comfortable bungalow with a stellar backyard area with lots of seating and places to lounge. Multiple tvs and a very fun game room, and three spacious bedrooms. Located in a great area with just two miles to Publix and other retail locations. The kitchen was fully stocked - could use a little love, as the silverware and cutlery were well used - and clean. The hosts are truly the hidden asset of this unit. Upon arrival, we learned that the previous tenant had broke the coffee pot. We asked Lorena about this on arrival and had a new coffee pot delivered in 90 minutes! Never had faster responses to any requests, and it was all positive. Very impressed and would stay again.

The location;check in,accommodations and host responsiveness were all first class.Our group had an excellent experience.Would definitely rent again.
