This bright and cozy space is a beautiful 3 floor home with modern amenities situated in the historic center of town with 3 bedrooms, an office, an open floor plan, a brand new kitchen, a balcony with a view, and an open terrace for outdoor enjoyment.

Casa Tucano - Apartment Suite

Comfortable and elegant ground floor apartment including beach umbrella located just 100 meters away. Completely renovated, it consists of a large and bright open space with kitchen, dining table, sofa bed and 55" TV. The sleeping area consists of a double suite with an en-suite bathroom and a chromotherapy shower, a lovely bedroom with a bunk bed and a second bathroom. It completes a large terrace with an umbrella and sitting area where you can spend time relaxing.

Paolino's Cottage

La Casetta di Paolino is a 5-minute walk from the beautiful city of Lanciano, famous for the Church of the Eucharistic Miracle, its characteristic "Corso Presentoso" that crosses the commercial area of the city until you reach the large park, the heart of the city, which in summer hosts great events. You can also reach the wonderful Trabocchi Coast, just a 15-minute drive away, where you can rent bikes to ride along the picturesque "Via Verde" cycle-pedestrian path.

Your room will be inside the Agricasa Caprafico, the historic house inhabited by our family since 1924. You will have a double bed with the possibility of adding another single bed. Private bathroom and kitchen. Upon request, there is the possibility to add breakfast and a delicious dinner prepared by my mother Ivana based on typical local products and our own production! Colle dell'Erco house is a completely renovated vacation home, surrounded by olive trees and overlooking the Sangro Valley and the Trabocchi Coast. It is 3 km from the sea and the bike path. Here you can stay in one of our two studios equipped with all comforts. Guests have access to the outdoor area, barbecue area and everything they need to enjoy nature in total relaxation.

An oasis of silence where you can really unplug. A mini-house surrounded by nature where you can hear the chirping of birds, the frequent howling of wolves and where you can spend time with farmyard animals. Just 25 minutes from the sea and 45 minutes from the mountains, close to places of historical and natural interest and a starting point for hiking trails.
