Daniel was very friendly and courteous when sharing the check-in procedures and departure expectations. We were in town for Husker FB and the location was great and allowed for easy access to pregame festivities and downtown nightlife. The neighborhood is very peaceful and beautiful in the fall. This home is beautiful..inside and out. We especially loved the backyard. It was a great area to hang out and catch up with family. The inside of the home is beautiful and it has everything you need for a stayover. The neighborhood is nice and the neighbors are so kind and friendly. Cannot say enough good things about this home. One only issue i had ( the sink outside didnt work, like no running water.) Maybe i was suppose to turn it on. But it didnt hinder our stay. And we would come back again and again.

The place is exactly how it was advertised. Very nice place and Sue was very responsive and great when I had to add an extra guest! I would highly recommend this place if you want to be close to downtown and are looking for a roomy getaway at a great price! I would definitely rent again if I would need to!!

It was very easy to get around town from this location. It was a short cab ride from the airport and the fine folks at Salty Dog Cyclery at 16th and O sold me a bike, lock, and lights at a reasonable price so I didn´t have to rent a car for my weeklong stay. It was also nice to ride on the walking paths up over the city and railroad tracks and get the view. The Breslow Ice Hockey Center right around the corner had public skating sessions almost every day of my stay and two on Saturday. And they have skate rentals. With all the biking and skating I really appreciated the modern washer and dryer at the unit. There was everything there I needed. It was really comfortable and well-stocked at the house. And the Canopy Street Market had a very good selection of groceries. Communication from the hosts was perfect. Thank you! I hope I can stay here again sometime!

MJ was absolutely fabulous to work with from start to finish. She was so accommodating to get us in an hour early. She also made us feel right at home. She left us some rolls and some waters and some sodas in the refrigerator and the whole place was warm and inviting. She was super quick to respond to me when I reached out to her very late at night. We were in a bad situation at a different VRBO and we needed to move ASAP. She made everything so easy for us and I can’t tell you how much we appreciate her !!
