Enjoy historic charm close to UNL and downtown. This garden-level apartment with its own entrance is walking distance to delightful coffee shops and cafes. Modern kitchenette with stovetop, microwave, and air fryer oven will allow you to prepare quick meals. Entire apartment has been remodeled in 2023 and is clean and fresh. The space is a little tight for four grown adults, but it’s great for a family with kids. Sofa pulls out to a full-sized bed, perfect for kids or teens.

Our place is on the second floor of a historic house in Lincoln’s Near South neighborhood, a few miles from the Haymarket and University of Nebraska, and walking distance from a coffee shop, pharmacies, and several restaurants. It has all the conveniences for a short stay and a full kitchen perfect for longer stays. It is ideal for up to 4 people, and has attracted many “road trippers” for a night. Whatever the length of your stay, we’d love to make you feel at home.
