Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lana

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful house in May 2025. As soon as you enter, you can feel how much love and taste the house has been furnished with. The modern furnishings leave nothing to be desired and everything is just as beautiful as promised in the pictures. Especially the magnificent balcony and the hot tub gave us unforgettable moments of relaxation – we enjoyed the time there. The hosts also rounded off our stay perfectly: always available, warm and extremely helpful. We felt completely comfortable and would be very happy to come back as soon as the path leads us back to this wonderful region

Throughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend!! Beautiful and very clean home, recently renovated with modern design and quality finishings. Felt like a hotel. Breathtaking views - if you’re looking for a serene getaway, this is the place. The whole family was very responsive, clear and helpful if ever we needed anything ahead of and during our stay. 10/10 recommend, no bad comments or feedback. Giuliana and Davide's apartment is absolutely charming. The bed is very comfortable and the terrace and balcony invite you to linger. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and very nicely furnished. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime

We felt absolutely comfortable with Armin and Karin and were even a little sad to have to leave again. The two are great hosts, we felt very comfortable right away and were warmly received. The apartment is simply a dream! Beautiful, cozy and modern design, clean, private and quiet location. Great views of the mountains from the balcony. We could also use a piece of the garden. We were given great excursion tips. If we are back in the area, we will definitely come back. Thank you!!! :-)

This is the second time we have stayed at the chalet and it is always wonderful to spend time there. An extremely quiet area surrounded by greenery and silence, the house has practically everything you need. Great place to spend a relaxing vacation, but for more active people there are many possibilities a few miles away. We'll be back in September!

We enjoyed our stay at the property! The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, and the accommodation was exactly as described – clean, well equipped and very cozy. We especially enjoyed the view of the mountains from the balcony 😃 and the perfectly equipped kitchen where you only had fun cooking in it. The contact with the host was also very pleasant and helpful. We especially thank Gianni and his wife for their warm hospitality. We would book again anytime and highly recommend this place! We had a wonderful time in Villanders! Karin was proactive in communication and gave us a super tip to go to the Villanderer Alm, a beautiful place that has not yet been flooded by tourists. The room was equipped with every comfort, with a beautiful bathroom and nice, comfortable beds. The view was breathtaking every day. On the premises they also have nice animals, rabbits, cats and chickens, which made our stay extra cozy. The location is ideal: quietly located, yet within a half hour drive of many sights. Highly recommended!

We had everything we needed with our hosts. Starting with her warm and helpful nature, the cozy, well-kept apartment, a location with close proximity to the beautiful nature and also to the city of Merano. We would be happy to stay with Christoph again for another stay in Merano Visit Christoph and Elisabeth.

Of all the places my husband and I have ever stayed while on holiday, this lovely place tops the list! Just a short drive from Limone sul Garda, it offers a peaceful, comfortable, and special feel that an apartment in town will not. Mara and her mamma are so wonderful - we can’t wait to return one day!

Claudio and Pierangela are kind-hearted people, we were warmly welcomed and felt at home from the first minute. The apartment is modern and equipped with everything you need. We received very good tips on hiking and restaurants. We felt at home with them. The place is highly recommended. The place is just fantastic. We give 10 stars for the accommodation.

Absolutely spectacular in every way! Francesca is a wonderful host and gave us lots of great recommendations for places to visit and even made us a dinner reservation at one of her favorite places in Bolzano called Bogen. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was exactly what we were hoping. ‘Scent of Pines’ is definitely at the top of list of our best stays ever. We will definitely return one day. Daniela's apartment was perfect for us. You can comfortably occupy the apartment with four people. It is centrally located, you can reach everything on foot in Merano. Shopping and restaurants are right around the corner. The apartment is very well maintained, sparkling clean and very nice with the three balconies. From the windows and the balconies, you have a beautiful view. Beds are very comfortable. In the kitchen, there is everything you need for a longer stay. In the bathroom there is even a washing machine. There is fast WiFi, which is important if you want to work from the apartment. Daniele is a perfect host, very friendly and accommodating, communication was very good. Every smallest request was answered quickly. Thanks also for the good excursion and restaurant tips. If we go on vacation in Merano again, Daniele's apartment is our first choice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Juan’s place! Everything was exactly like in the pictures and the neighborhood was very calm :) Perfect stay and Juan answered all my questions and was very flexible with check-in when our train was delayed. Will be staying here if we ever return to Bolzano.

The view from the balcony, kitchen and pool into the beautiful mountains is a dream. It is quiet, the birds are chirping, the crickets are chirping, pure relaxation. We can only recommend this place.
