It is conveniently located near the highway and is perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Casa Verrua features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and an EV charging station for a fee. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by the anti-mosquito system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

Alice Apartments - Ibis

The apartment is in the oldest building in Crescentino, built during the 1200s. Overlooking the central square of the town, it is in the immediate vicinity of shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment on the first floor is accessible by stairs and consists of a large studio with a small kitchenette (microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator) and a double bed. The apartment is completed by the bathroom with toilet, bidet, large emotional shower with internal relaxation area.
