The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The apartment is in the oldest building in Crescentino, built during the 1200s. Overlooking the central square of the town, it is in the immediate vicinity of shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment on the first floor is accessible by stairs and consists of a large studio with a small kitchenette (microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator) and a double bed. The apartment is completed by the bathroom with toilet, bidet, large emotional shower with internal relaxation area.
