I recently stayed at this cottage and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. The cottage was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to cozy blankets for chilly evenings. The location was peaceful and scenic, offering stunning views. We especially loved sitting on the patio in the mornings with a cup of coffee, listening to the birds and soaking in the tranquility. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions. Whether you're looking for a quiet retreat or a base for outdoor adventures, this cottage is the perfect choice.

We went and enjoyed a lovely ladies weekend in Grand Bend. The house was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. We where able to walk all over town, so the vehicles didn't move once we arrived. We as a group had a wondful time and would definitely recommend this location for a girls weekend getaway or a family vacation!

This was a wonderful booking decision. I was here with one other guest for a Memorial Day getaway. Lisa and Jason were incredibly proactive, friendly, and made certain that we had a comfortable stay. The cottage is extremely cozy and access to the beach just a short walk away as a big per, beautiful sunsets. If given the chance, I would absolutely book a repeat stay here.

Wow! What a beautiful space. Everything was so well laid out and we really appreciated the labels and welcome binder. It was the perfect spot for our girls weekend!

Cam was unbelievably accommodating and communicative, always responding to my chats and queries within a short period of time. The place was beautiful and exactly as he described. With all the knick knacks, it really made you feel like you were staying in a rustic cottage. The hot tub was an awesome addition, especially since we didn’t have the best weather conditions for our stay. We stayed there for me and my girlfriend’s 4 year anniversary, and I’m so glad we got to stay at Cam’s place. If I could give it 6 stars I would. If you’re considering staying here, I recommend it highly! Bayfield is also so beautiful and theres so many boutiques and cute shops to shop at!

Just as pictured in the listing and much more. It probably is the most well appointed kitchen I've experienced with all that is needed when cooking away from home.

We had a wonderful family gathering at this lovely cottage! With 10 of us spanning ages from 2 - 85, it was the perfect spot—spacious, cozy, and full of charm. The setting was peaceful, the amenities thoughtful, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. It truly felt like a home away from home.

This was our 4th year staying at the cottage and it didn't disappoint. Larry and Jan are great hosts and we absolutely love visiting, it truly is one of our favorite place we go during the year. It's a great getaway, peaceful and just allows to take in beautiful sunrises and get lost in the views.

Great location, the wide range of sports equipment with the large property is a big bonus for people who want to be active!

Wow! Lynn outdoes herself as a host! She has thought of everything including an adorable sundae bar waiting for us! Her home is beautiful and new and clean and has every item one might need! The photos don’t do it justice! Her back deck is private and cozy and we loved the firepit. The location is perfect for an easy walk to the main strip. Had a lovely family thanksgiving there! We will come back again !!

Carla’s place was great! It was very clean and cozy with a beautiful backyard. Great location which was super close to the beach and the square ! She was a fantastic host and provided good information / instructions ! Would highly recommend and stay again 😊

Beautiful place and a wonderful stay. An issue outside of the host's control came up but they were proactive, kind, and helpful in addressing it.

The cottage was very nice and it was located a short distance away from the main strip and the beach. The space was very clean, managed well and had all the listed amenities. The outside area was also good as it had space for a BBQ and seating to sit and enjoy some time outside. Overall, was a great experience and the cottage was nice! Too bad I was not able to get there( because of some personal problems) on the first day when the weather was nice....

Such a great place to stay when you are in the area. This is the second time we have stayed here. Everything is as described and very clean. The property is equipped with everything you will need. The small extras like coffee were truly appreciated, especially when getting in late. By far my favorite place to stay in Port Franks.

We had a fantastic stay! Communication with Janice was smooth and responsive from start to finish. The space was clean and exactly as described—perfect for my family. I have a 3 and 5 year old so we stayed on the main floor but can see the kids loving the loft once they are older! The amenities were top-notch and made the stay extra comfortable. The space had everything we needed! We forgot to buy wood for a bon fire and we were so impressed that their was wood and fire starter there already, a huge plus! Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

Amazing experience it was for me and my friends!

Stayed here for a couple of nights. We found the cottage was cozy, spacious, and impeccably clean. Kitchen appliances are modern and bathrooms are clean and renovated. The location is fairly private and only a short drive to Pinery Provincial Park. Since it was winter we did not spend any time in the yard, but I imagine the firepit would be an excellent experience the rest of the year. One thing that was unexpected were the rules regarding not flushing toilet paper. I understand septic systems can be sensitive, but I have not come across this request in the past with any cottage/cabin on septic. Overall a great experience.

Fantastic find! Everything you could ever need and so cute! Little “extra” touches everywhere you looked and the backyard was beautiful. Gail was an excellent host with lots of helpful tips and recommendations. Will definitely recommend to others and will likely book again. It was excellent.
