This is a great neighborhood that is within minutes to Heavenly Village and the Stateline, and just a 5 minute walk to El Dorado Beach and Reagan Beach. Just a few minutes away you can walk to a popular wine bar and cafe, breakfast and coffee shops, a market, sandwich shops, antique stores, and much much more. You can sit on the front porch and enjoy the beautiful weather and welcoming sounds of Tahoe.

A Lake View Deck, HotTub , Bikes, Paddle boards, Fast Wifi, private work areas. 6 adults max, but lots of kids allowed. A large 15,000 sq ft fenced yard with hottub, firepit, paddle boards and a fuzzball table. Great for families. Not a party house. Vac HRP 131 .❤️❤️❤️. 6 security cameras outside on then property to monitor for outside noise

This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom.
