Monthly Rentals in Lakeland Highlands

Beautiful place. Stayed here for 4 days, definitely can’t have a lot of refrigerator items due to the mini fridge but besides that it was so great to stay here! Neighborhood was beautiful, felt so safe.

Well worth the price and beautiful home, very nice host, easy to get in and out.

I really enjoyed my time here. There was an issue with the hot tub on the first day, but I notified Hillary and she said that she would have someone there the next morning. On the next morning, someone came and took care of the problem. Everything else went very well.

Pedro's place is great! Even with road construction in the area that made our arrival the first night difficult, it is VERY clean, quiet, and comfortable. Pedro is very responsive and his place is great! Even though we only needed it to have extra sleeping accommodations for a family Easter gathering, it would be perfect for parents visiting one of the local colleges, anyone coming for a Publix corporate event, or as a place to land for the annual Lakeland Sun and Fun air show. Would definitely stay again and with family in the area, probably will!
