The stylish living area with open kitchen features a large dining table, access to the large balcony and a great view of Lake Zell and the mountains. The city center is only a 2-minute walk away, the nearest lift is 700 m away and the lake is just across the street. There are two bathrooms, a private parking space in front of the house and access to the shared sauna in the basement.
