The city center is only a 2-minute walk away, the nearest lift is 700 m away and the lake is just across the street. There are two bathrooms, a private parking space in front of the house and access to the shared sauna in the basement.

The apartment is located in the city center - within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, city gondola for skiing and hiking. Unfortunately, there is no fixed parking space at the house - a parking space in the public garage can be rented for €15/24 hours, as of April 2025.
