The apartment has 2 high-quality bedrooms with double beds and access to the balcony. One bedroom also has a sofa bed. The stylish living area with open kitchen features a large dining table, access to the large balcony and a great view of Lake Zell and the mountains. The city center is only a 2-minute walk away, the nearest lift is 700 m away and the lake is just across the street. There are two bathrooms, a private parking space in front of the house and access to the shared sauna in the basement.

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

Our house is located on the sunny mountain of Leogang. The ski lifts are only 100 meters from the apartment. In front of the house is your car parking space. The apartment is reached via an external staircase (slope!). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds (1 crib is also possible). There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment. The sunny terrace overlooking the Leogang stone mountains or the Leogang grass mountains is an absolute highlight.
