Our clean studio apartment is located nearby(10 min walk) ski lifts and the zell am see lake. Walking distance (15 mins) to zell am see town with restaurant next door. Ideal for 2-4 people as there is one double bed and one couch which converts to a double bed. Bathroom with shower/bath. Fully fitted kitchen. Balcony. Any other questions please don’t hesitate to ask :) Please note there is no wifi* there is a tv which only works if you hotspot your phone internet to the tv. No pets allowed

Unsere Ferienwohnung für 2-3Personen mit dem Blick auf das Kitzsteinhorn liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, 100 m vom Zeller See mit privatem Grundstück. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Zimmer, einem Flur und einem Bad mit Badewanne. Das Wohnzimmer wird sowohl auch als Schlafzimmer genutzt. Dort befindet sich ein gemütliches Sofa und einem Doppelbett. Die separate Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Zu der Wohnung gehört auch ein großer Balkon mit einem schönen Blick auf die Berge und den See.

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

**THERE WILL BE LARGE LOUD BUILDING WORK THIS SUMMER 2025 DIRECTLY OUTSIDE THE APARTMENT** from 7am until 6pm Weekdays. Therefore the apartment is offered cost price €59 per night instead of €149. It is for someone who wouldn't mind the mess and noise outside and prefers a cheaper price. On this basis please leave a review about the apartment without mention or thought of the building work.
