It is located in a well established moderate to low middle income neighborhood in a low traffic and very quiet street. It is 11 miles (16 minutes) from Sheppard Air Force Base. It is 1.8 miles (6 minutes) from MSU. It is 3 miles (9 minutes) from MPEC.

Come stay in a beautifully decorated farmhouse studio cottage in the Pumpjack Capital of Texas! Our wonderful town of Electra, TX. is a charming small town with tons of character and wonderful history! Everywhere in town you would need or want to explore is about 1 mile away. If you want a little more variety, Wichita Falls is just a short drive away! Bring your furry friends! $25 non-refundable animal fee. Comfortable Guest House

Welcome to a comfortable guest house that is just a few miles from I-44, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, Sheppard AFB, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guest house sleeps up to 4 persons: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and a daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.

The Wishing Well-New Remodel 1BR

This is a newly remodeled 1BR 1BA apartment unit in the middle of all the big city amenities. The apts are very safe with a city police officer living on the premises as the courtesy officer. It is a very quiet complex and everyone is very respectful. The laundry is located onsite, so no need to visit a laundry mat. The complex has a pool, fitness center, business center, and dog park.

The Little House (No cleaning fee!)

The Little House is cozy 550 sq ft two story guest house nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac! It has a fully equiped kitchen with full size appliances and cooking utensils, TVs in the bedroom and living area, and a balcony and porch with suspended rattan chairs to relax outside in. I would be so happy to host you (and your pets) anytime! 🙂
