Ladonna place was put together very well. Since we had a toddler we had to put all her cute decorations she had up high other then that he would have been messing with them all day lol. It was clean just needs a lil dusting then it would be perfect. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Ladonna was the best host ever. She definitely is fast with responding. She even reached out during our stay asking if we needed anything. The place is also in the perfect location. Close to the beach and stores.

Would definitely return. Really was home away from home, everything we need was there. First time kitchen was properly stocked. Since we always eat in the kitchen was perfect!

We had a lovely time. Grant and Laura's place was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and in a great location. Check-in was super-easy and our hosts gave us great recommendations for things to do. We'll definitely be back!

My teenage daughter and I came down for a quick getaway. Our condo was very comfortable and accommodating. After a full day of sun and shopping, the condo was nice to come back to and relax. We are going to miss our cozy sitting room with beautiful view. Thank you for everything!!

Great location and very clean. Was impressed with the amount of space! One bedroom is accessible through the first bedroom but that wasn’t a problem for us. Overall great stay!

Super cozy and charming spot in Southport! Information in the description was thorough and spot on. Great outdoor spaces to enjoy a coffee on the front porch or relax out back by the fire pit. Comfy beds and all the amenities. Great to have washer and dryer on site as well. Close to everything whether walking or by bicycle. Amy is a fantastic and responsive host. Would recommend and stay again.

The home is gorgeous with plenty of room. In a quiet location, but close by to plenty of places to go. Host was super responsive on messages. For example: a message was sent letting them know a remote was missing, and multiple were there in hours as replacement. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway.

One of my favorite places, I have ever stayed at. Beautiful home and was conveniently located to everything you could possibly want on a vacation. With restaurants, shops, and the beach all within less than a mile. My fiancé was in love with the house and already wants me to look into booking it again in the next few months. I would rate it a 10 out of 10 if I could. But 5 stars will work just as well! Awesome vacation and great host!

This is our second stay at Tara’s place. This is the perfect place for a large group. The three separate floors allows for privacy, yet intermingling as well. The balconies are wonderful and cozy, the kitchens are stocked, and the beds are comfy. The location cannot be any better in the Wilmington area. A quick walk to theriverfront and restaurants. Tara is always extremely responsive and helpful. We will certainly be back next year!

My family and I had a nice weekend getaway at the property. It was very spacious and accommodating. We loved the bathrooms especially. The backyard area was very spacious and nice as well. I can imagine how much more beautiful it will be when the lake is full again. The only thing that was different for us was not having curtains or blinds in the whole back area (sunroom,back door, kitchen) and the front windows of the home. We live in the city area where we stay so we’re use to some sort of closure. Other than that definitely worth the price. Would highly recommend this property and come back again ourselves. We had a great experience staying at this Airbnb! The house was cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. While the surrounding area was a bit run down and there were a few things in the house that could use a little TLC (dried paint on the microwave and kitchen floors), it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment. One of the biggest perks was the location—super close to almost all the main attractions, which made getting around really convenient. All in all, a solid stay and we'd definitely consider coming back!

Stayed at Margaret's and Timo's place for 5 weeks. The home matched the pictures and was very comfortable. As the weather warmed up in March, enjoyed spending time on both the front and back porch/deck. Good location near downtown and the surrounding beach towns. Hosts were responsive and answered all my questions.

Andrew’s place was fantastic! Just a short walk to the beach with a beautiful view from the balcony. We had an amazing time, and our dog loved it too!

Shane’s condo was wonderful. It was very clean and well decorated. One of the best things was how much he provided in the kitchen. Plenty of spices and other staples. He provided all the every day necessities. The bed and furniture were very comfortable. We would definitely rent this condo again.

The location was directly on the beach which was perfect. Located near everything which was another pro. I’d definitely book again.

My husband and I have always stayed beachfront. This beautiful unit has definitely changed our mind. The view over the intercoastal waterway was stunning. The location is quiet and peaceful within a lovely neighborhood. The host was contacted with several questions and responded in a very timely manner and was always courteous and helpful.

Working with Tanya and Jeff was super easy. Tanya was very communicative and helpful during our stay, she constantly checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo was clean and had plenty of extra linens and supplies for the beach. My son and husband really enjoyed fishing off the pier, which was in close walking proximity to our building. The pool areas were clean and enjoyable. We also utilized the basketball court and pickleball court, which my boys enjoyed.

We stayed 60 days and were very comfortable. The neighbors are quiet, restaurants and beaches are close by. We would definitely stay again.

The place was exactly what we were looking for as we visited my husbands family in Little River. The screened in back porch was a great little spot to be able to enjoy your mornings before getting the day going. Rooms had ample side tables, outlets, and storage spots for clothes. The kitchen had to be one of the most well stocked ones I’d seen in our trips thus far, even having plastic baggies was a bonus! Nice spot if looking for a place to stay in the area that is central and meets the basics!
