As a mom who rarely gets a moment to recharge, this weekend away with my three best friends was exactly what I needed—and this beach condo exceeded every expectation. From the start, the spacious layout gave us all room to relax and breathe. Whether we were cooking together, lounging in the living area, or getting ready for a night out, we never felt crowded. It was the perfect setup for a girls' trip! The comfort of the home was next-level, with cozy beds, plenty of seating, and all the essentials ready and waiting. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bathrooms were clean with extra linens and toiletries, and everything was so well organized that we didn’t have to think twice about a thing. One of our absolute favorite parts? The view from the balcony. We spent a beautiful and relaxing week at Wendy & Jeff's Seascape. The place is EXACTLY like the photos, the view from the balcony is a dream!! Waking up to the ocean sounds every morning is something we will never forget. The apartment is very well-stocked with all the items you need to enjoy the beach, clean up afterward (lots of hot water and good shower pressure!) and cook a delicious meal (plenty of kitchen gadgets). Very easy to walk around the neighborhood, up to the pier for quick eats, or less than a mile to the little mini-mart. Parking is easy. Area is safe. The pool area across the street was clean and fun too! The hosts gave excellent, clear instructions for arrival/departure and even checked in on us via the app during our stay. Anne’s oceanfront condo was a little piece of heaven. Beautiful views of the ocean from the living room and bedroom decks. The house was spotless upon arrival, and Anne actually reached out and offered it earlier than the 3 PM check in time. It was comfortable, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed for a beach getaway. The location could not have been better. It sits on the south end of the beach where it was quiet and peaceful, yet a good beach walk away from the pier and inlet. The pool was a nice plus as well! Anne provided a closet full of beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as beach towels for us to use. This will be our go-to condo for our ocean isle visits!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The Loft was just like the pictures—beautiful and clean! We would absolutely stay here again. It is located in a great spot we were able to take a short walk to a couple restaurants, as well as the beach. The hosts had very precise details on check in and check out, they made everything very easy for us. Highly recommend staying here!

Was in Wilmington for a 5 day work trip. Great place to break up the monotony of staying in a hotel every week. The location is perfect and the vibes of the unit and building are immaculate. Would 100% book again if I find myself in Wilmington for work or personal travel!

This place was beautiful! Erika has a very clean space and it was perfect for my friend and I’s vacation! The walk to the beach was a breeze, and there were lots of fun things and cute shops around the area! Erika was super responsive and helpful and gave perfect instructions that made getting checked in & out super smooth. I will definitely be back! Tippy was the cutest :)

We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our long weekend stay - the location was perfect, with restaurants, shopping and beach access within steps. Very convenient and felt safe to walk around with our son, both morning and at night. The dedicated parking spots, along with generous beach day and in-unit amenities were very much appreciated. The morning and evening views from the balcony were peaceful - by far one of our favorite long weekend memories as a family. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect beach trip location with responsive, welcoming hosts. We will be booking again!

This was our third stay with Tony and as always, the whole process was seamless and stress free. He made sure we had all of the instructions we needed for check in, using the property and check out. It’s especially nice to be able to bring our dog with us and have a nice fenced area to use. Our stay was wonderful as always and we’ll be back for Christmas vacation.

The pictures does no justice. An amazingly beautiful home. The backyard is a relaxing oasis. James was very tentative in responding to our questions. My family and I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay at Crane on Dock! The home is beautifully and thoughtfully appointed - everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The beds were comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days of exploring. The location couldn’t be better! We loved being among gorgeous historic homes and just a short walk to Front Street with its shops, restaurants, and rich local charm. We had a blast on the Old Wilmington Ghost Tour (love history!) and enjoyed some delicious food at local gems like I Love NY Pizza, Front St Brewery, Gelarto, and Nautical Bowls. Having our dog with us made the trip even better, and the home was wonderfully pet-friendly. It was such a treat to include our furry family member in our vacation! Paula, the owner, was fantastic - responsive, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. And with Wrightsville Beach less than 20 minutes away, we had the perfect mix of city charm and beach bliss. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Hydrangea House! It’s clean and homey, in a safe neighborhood with beautiful surroundings, and a short drive from lots of amazing restaurants and things to do. Rachel was a kind and responsive host who gave great recommendations. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

We loved our 3 night stay at this beautiful home in downtown Wilmington! The space was just as described: clean, spacious, comfortable, and peaceful. We had all the amenities we needed, and we walked into downtown and back easily. The neighborhood is full of historic homes and, although located close to the highway, very quiet in general. It was real warm and muggy during our stay so we did not get to take advantage of the side patio, but we were cool and comfy inside. We would recommend this home to friends and stay here again, for sure!

Was a wonderful home. Loved the location was so close to barefoot landing. Would definitely come back again! Two pools were super nice. Easy drive to the beach. Only complaint was the WiFi was so slow there is no way anyone would be able to work remotely.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The view was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The double locks gave me peace of mind for my autistic son, which is always a top priority. He loved the pool, the lights around the building, and especially the fun indoor lights the host had set up. Even though the elevator is outdoors, it was quiet and convenient. The beach is just a short walk away and quickly became one of our favorite parts of the trip. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. After I reached out with a small concern, they kindly left chocolates and provided a Swiffer when I asked if one was available. Little gestures like that made us feel cared for. The Camelot building itself was clean and well-maintained, and the staff we met were very friendly. The only thing that could improve is the laundry— the coin machine didn’t work and the dryer wasn’t very effective, though that’s outside the host’s control and they suggested other resources! Amazing vacation.

Chad was fantastic! Super sweet and attentive! Place felt bigger in person! Loved the way it was decorated and glitter ceilings was a nice touch! Loved the location and easy beach access! Would stay again!

Beautiful view of ICW and ocean from your own personal deck! The deck furniture got an upgrade and are two Adirondack high chairs (comfy!) but no table. Only a mile away from the downtown area of Carolina beach, perfect if you love a little bike ride to get to breakfast or dinner. About 20-30 min to downtown Wilmington. Very short walk to the beach, easy to pop back for lunch or the bathroom. Host gave excellent recommendations for local events and restaurants. Provided ample soaps, towels, and detergent. AC worked great and they had an extra fan for the bedroom with darkening blinds. Recommendations for other guests: If you plan to cook know that the kitchen has VERY BASIC kitchen tools/supplies. Beach chairs were Tommy bahama (woo!) but umbrella was broken and other guests haven’t taken good care of other supplies. Bed has a memory foam topper and I’d suggest bringing your own pillow, they have super thick or super thin.

It was the perfect place for a quick work trip! The place was cute, and the perfect size for a couple!

Warren's condo was perfect and just as descried and pictured. The evenings on the deck watching the boats go by and beautiful sunsets were wonderful.

If you are going to Myrtle Beach definitely a great rental for two. The room is well decorated, clean, with a beautiful ocean view.

Corey and Hayden’s AirBnB was a perfect place to stay. It is super walkable to all that Wilmington has to offer. The place was clean and very easy to access. Both hosts are very responsive and kind! We would definitely stay here again.
