Welcome to our beautiful home, a perfect base when visiting Fiordland. Location is key and you won't be disappointed. A Short stroll to the shops, restaurants and lake Te Anau. Situated in the perfect location with Lake Te Anau only a 5 minute walk away, our warm and sunny house is the ideal spot for a relaxing break away. Enjoy a short walk to the town centre through a park at the end of the street. Tennis courts are located at the side of the park and tennis rackets are available at the house. Centrally located holiday house

Book a home, not a hotel. An easy 1.5km walk to the centre of town where you'll be able to enjoy a plethora of bars and restaurants down the main street. She's not perfect but we've upgraded a few things, including a new kitchen, bathroom and living area. Enjoy the indoor outdoor flow onto the wooden deck overlooking the backyard towards the Murchison Mountains. The bedrooms have not been renovated and still have original single glazed windows with some wear and tear around the walls.

Spectacular lake and mountain views! Being right on the lakefront, across the road is the Lake 2 Lake cycle track and lake edge. Centrally located - 8 minute walk to the town centre. Entire house and section with off-street parking and garage. While this is an older architecturally designed home, it has been tastefully redecorated and modernised. Double glazed windows have been added in some areas, a heat pump (also works as air-conditioning) and painted throughout.
