Situated 3km from town on our rural lifestyle block, making the most of the views of Lake Te Anau. The shouse has all the necessities needed, a living area, kitchenette, bathroom, sleeping area is upstairs in an open mezzanine style room (please note lower ceiling) and slightly steeper and narrow stairs.

The outdoor BBQ area has a Kiwi garden planted with all NZ natives and enough space for yard games and outdoor dinning. A 10min walk to the town centre, supermarkets, bars & restaurants.
