Fantastic location and the pool was fantastic. Our son played in the pool for eight hours one day. Easy walk to a lot of restaurants.

A great stay! Located in a great spot, wonderful for families! My kids had the best time in the backyard. Would 100% reccomended to anyone traveling through Tallahassee

This place was so eclectic and so much better than the pictures. House was clean, pool was perfect and fit my softball team perfectly. Only suggestion was needing wash cloths but we only stayed one night so we didn’t request them. We would stay again.

Owner was very responsive. Pictures are accurate of what you can expect. The property has board games, coffee, cookware inside. On the outside there is a pool which we enjoyed, the neighborhood was quiet and around a lot of fast food options and grocery stores. Overall very satisfied with our stay and we would stay again in the future.

We had a wonderfully peaceful stay at Andrew’s place! It looked just like the photos and was beautifully decorated. You could tell there was a lot of care put into making the condo cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was fully set up which made cooking meals a breeze. Andrew was an amazing host. He was proactive and communicated often. I would highly recommend a stay at Andrew’s condo and would happily stay again when in the area.

I have stayed here a few time, Wendy and Greg are great, my last stay was for 2 months. I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb‘s, thier place if my favorite, I love the back deck a the view, very private ,quiet an clean.

We had a quiet, relaxing, and enjoyable stay over Thanksgiving! Susan and Michael were very responsive. They provided photos of the kitchen items so I could better plan for our Thanksgiving meal. They quickly took care of an unplanned utility issue with minimal disturbance to our stay to make things fully functional. The beds were comfortable and linens we clean and soft. The entire house was very clean with a fully functional kitchen. We enjoyed playing the 80s video games on the Packman video machine. Our dogs enjoyed the small fenced in dog area for safe potty breaks. And the view of Lake Talquin was just beautiful! We had a great day visiting Wakulla Springs. Recommend making reservations for the boat tour online well in advance. The Dollar General is just a few mile down the street was well stocked for last minute necessities. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Emil’s Airbnb in Tallahassee! The home was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day of travel. Emil was a fantastic host: welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. The location was also super convenient, close to great restaurants and everything we needed. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We were in town for a soccer tournament and decided to book a home instead of the normal hotel rooms. The home was just what we needed after a long day at the fields; beautiful views, inviting home with everything we needed, and a comfortable peaceful atmosphere that made winding down easy. We will be back next season!

We stumbled onto this place looking for somewhere we could have dinner after our son's FSU graduation. This is a totally different experience that more than met our expectations. Fortunately, we got to meet the owner who gave us a personal tour. Our family will forever remember our time here. We will definitely be back!!!

What a great stay in such a well-cared--for house that was so nostalgic and neat! Simple things that made a difference: thorough instructions, plenty of linens, hot water that never ran out, extremely cared-for home that was so neat and clean, a great wifi connection.

This property is the best property that I've stayed at in Tallahassee. The property is beautiful and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. Access to local restaurants and shopping was convenient. The check in/out process was effortless. A NestQuest associate communicated with us before, during and after our stay to ensure that everything was going well. I've already booked for my next stay in September. I will definitely try to book this property above all others in Tallahassee going forward!

This property is very well-appointed - comfy beds, quality linens, impressive coffee bar & fully stocked kitchen, charging stations and many other unique amenities. Midtown is the perfect location to FSU, downtown, and the Capital. If all that isn’t enough…this home is beautifully designed! And we went to three of your recommended restaurants, all amazing!

Remote, serene location, right on the Lake.

We previously stayed in Kevin’s other home (Oyster cottage), and loved it. This year we booked both the Pelican and the Oyster to accommodate our family who all were in town for FSU graduation and move-out. What made it really nice was that both properties are right next to each other, so our children and grandchildren could also be nearby. The Pelican was especially nice because it had a third room that the travel crib could be set up in have the door closed so the baby could sleep. One the unexpected fun things to do was play the “ring and hook” game that was attached to the front porch while we sat outside and relaxed.

Anthony is an awesome host! He was always so responsive and was quick to tackle anything we needed. We were in this spot for a few months due to my work and it was a great place to stay long term! Instructions were always clear and help was timely and so friendly. His home is beautiful and we loved the cottage beach charm it brought with it. Beautiful all around! Highly recommend!
