We came to Reno for our Nephews wedding. We had a wonderful 4 nights in our rental. We did bring our dog and my mother in law. Knowing that we were going into a rental that allows pets we were ready for it to be a little dirty and maybe dog hair around….. but that was not the case. This place was clean clean clean!! The location was perfect for everything Reno. We even got parking every time on the street right in front of the rental. Even though we had a designated parking for the spot it was great to have options. The place was very sound proof. We couldn’t hear people down stairs or the rooms next to each other and even outside noise. Plenty of room in the rental and all necessary amenities. We would stay here again for sure!!

Had an absolute blast! This place felt so comfortable. Modern and gorgeous views of downtown. Although the bar across the street can be loud sometimes, the fresh air from the balcony was absolutely great! I loved the loft bedroom area, it made it seem as though it was a different secluded room completely. Thank you so much from booking this place to leaving. Great customer service and insanely clean! Thank you so much again!

The place was as described and looked like the pictures. Erica was very responsive to questions we had. The unit also had some extra bathroom amenities like eye makeup remover and Q-tips besides your usual shampoo/conditioner and body wash. They also gave a small s’more’s package. The kitchen had standard supplies but had some plastic dining ware that we were able to use for the kids. They also had a toy and book basket with games that my kids loved. Very family friendly. The location is a little farther from the ski lifts but completely walkable and in the village. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a very nice quiet place. Didn't hear the train. It was close to Sugar Bowl Ski Resort where my Son and Family skis. Also it was just down the road from my Son's ski rental house. We didn't spend much time in the rental. We were gone every day and usually got back after dark. We enjoyed our time there. Thank You Very Much.

Great place! Near the gondola and close to the ice rink. Check in at East West was very easy and garage parking was easy to find. The place was really clean, and it was really nice to have basic cooking ingredients (oil, salt and pepper). Very thoughtful host in having games and even a bench to sit and put on boots, we’ve stayed at so many other places in the village and no one thinks of putting a bench near the door! Take advantage of the hot tub access and the game room in the community center. We hope to stay here again next season!

Rev. Shelley & Rev. Matt were wonderful hosts! This is my favorite AirBnB that I’ve ever stayed in. I was in Shasta for over 3 months and have already booked it again. I live in Reno for 7 months of the year and this is perfect. It’s a basement apartment so I was expecting it to be dark and loud but it was neither of those things. It’s VERY well lit, and it’s beneath a wellness center so it’s very quiet. The location is amazing, and the unit itself is very well-appointed. Strong internet, tons of space, a huge bathroom with a double-sink and a bathtub that’s downright luxurious. I didn’t need anything while I was there because it was already stocked. Rev. Shelley is so kind and was a pleasure to work with. I wish I were there year-round. You have access to the wellness center upstairs and the classes at the Buddhist Temple. The next time I go, I’m looking forward to attending some.
